★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver chiesto precedentemente via telefono se fosse possibile fare un preventivo per un camino anche solo tramite cataloghi, ci siamo recati lì in sede appositamente il sabato pomeriggio. Tralasciando la persona alla reception che era troppo impegnata a guardare video con le cuffie per notare il nostro ingresso, nonostante avessimo cercato invano di salutarlo, il ragazzo che ci ha "serviti" non ci ha fatto neanche accomodare. Ci ha dato pochissime informazioni, sbagliate e non inerenti a quello che avevamo richiesto, tenendoci in piedi alla reception senza neanche mostrarci sullo schermo del pc quello di cui stava parlando. Ci ha liquidato in due minuti, parlando di camini da completare comprando pietre refrattarie, malta ecc. da leroy merlin, forse perché, sembrando abbastanza giovani nonostante i nostri 33 anni, non rappresentavamo una possibilità di vendita plausibile.
Nella breve conversazione avuta, aveva accennato al negozio di appia ceramiche, dove poi ci siamo recati e dove siamo stati serviti con tutti i crismi e da dove siamo andati via con due preventivi di camini finiti.
Probabilmente era una giornata sbagliata (nonostante i negozio fosse vuoto) o magari ci siamo capiti male, ma l'impressione avuta è stata pessima.

He gave us very little information, wrong and not related to what we had requested, keeping us standing at the reception without even showing us what he was talking about on the PC screen. He liquidated us in two minutes, talking about fireplaces to be completed by buying refractory stones, mortar etc. from leroy merlin, perhaps because, looking young enough despite our 33 years, we didn't represent a plausible selling point.
In the brief conversation we had, he mentioned the appia ceramiche shop, where we then went and where we were served with all the trimmings and from where we left with two estimates of finished fireplaces.
It was probably a wrong day (although the shop was empty) or maybe we understood each other badly, but the impression we had was bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sembra tutto perfetto fino al momento della consegna. Promesse mai mantenute, rinvii senza ragioni. Oltre tre mesi per un pavimento venduto per disponibile. L'ultima prova è l'acquisto di una coppia di specchi: saldati in anticipo dietro la promessa di fornitura in due settimane. Siamo a cinque e della consegna non si ha notizia. Per non parlare del consulente che ci ha seguito: errori a ripetizione e promesse da marinaio. Suggerisco di cercare di meglio.
P.S. Non trovate il mio nome perchè gli Ordini sono a nome di mia moglie.
Everything looks perfect until the moment of delivery. Promises never kept, postponements without reasons. Over three months for a floor sold for available. Purtroppo ci siamo accorti, dopo che già gli operai avevano smontato il vecchio , che il lavandino del bagno era più alto di 10 cm rispetto alla misura ordinata e per riuscire a montarlo gli operai sono stati costretti ad alzare una mensola oltre che a comprare nuovi flessibili e tubi di scarico più lunghi con un aggravio di spesa da parte mia e chiedevo quindi 50 euro di indennizzo. A questo punto il consulente ( Sig. Sandro) mi diceva che la colpa non era loro ma che doveva sentire la ditta fornitrice . Richiamo più volte e mando anche messaggi Whatsapp ma non ottengo risposte. Le ditte serie si riconoscono quando risolvono i problemi che possono accadere e voi mi dispiace non lo siete. Statene alla larga.
