Molto disponibili e cortesi, ogni volta che ho avuto bisogno di consigli perche magari non sapevo come fare mi hanno consigliato con pazienza la migliore cosa. Una volta per mio sbaglio ho comprato una cosa che non andava bene e mi l'hanno cambiata senza problemi. E poi la signora alla casa sempre gentile e cortese.
 I have needed to buy things from Conca D'oro hardware several times and I was really happy with it. Very helpful and courteous, whenever I needed advice because maybe I didn't know how to do it, they patiently advised me on the best thing. Once by mistake I bought something that did not fit and they changed it without any problems. And then the lady at the house always polite and courteous.

Tantissimo materiale è molto grande offrendo tanti prodotti con il migliore rapporto prezzo e qualità. Aperta anche il sabato pomeriggio. In alcuni periodi dell'anno aperta anche la domenica. Personale molto gentile, disponibile e soprattutto preparato che sa consigliare su vari ambiti. Particolarità di questa ferramenta è anche la partecipazione attiva nella vita di quartiere, mostrandone quindi anche il valore umano. Consigliatissimo. Facilissima da raggiungere anche con u mezzi pubblici, si trova davanti alla fermata del bus 88, 311 ma ci si può arrivare anche a piedi dalla metropolitana o con le altre linee di autobus li vicino come 83,69 e 92. Situata nella parte più commerciale del quartiere.

A special feature of this hardware is also the active participation in neighborhood life, thus showing its human value. Highly recommended. Very easy to reach even by public transport, it is located in front of the 88, 311 bus stop but you can also get there on foot from the subway or other nearby bus lines such as 83.69 and 92. Luogo molto fornito (presenti anche prodotti di elettronica), ottimi prezzi e diversi servizi disponibili (fra i quali, la copia di quasi qualsiasi chiave) e ambiente piuttosto familiare. Sicuramente molto raccomandato.
The best hardware in the whole area. An institution for many years now. Well-stocked place (including electronics products), excellent prices and various services available (including copying almost any key) and a rather familiar environment. Certainly highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vengo in questa ferramenta da quando ero bambino (a spanne saranno 30 anni almeno) e ho visto accennare un sorriso la padrona in cassa forse 2 volte, non di più. A parte lei non ci sono lati negativi in quest'attività: hanno di tutto (spesso anche cose che non trovi neanche a L.MerIin e simili) e il personale [maschile] è sempre cortese e disponibile ben oltre le aspettative. Insomma è un posto dove torno sempre volentieri.
I have been coming to this hardware store since I was a child (at least it will be 30 years old) and I saw the mistress at the cashier smile maybe twice, no more. Apart from her there are no downsides to this business: they have everything (often even things you don't even find in L. MerIin and the like) and the [male] staff is always courteous and helpful far beyond expectations. In short, it is a place where I always come back willingly.
