★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio della catena Iperceramica vende prodotti per la ristrutturazionedella casa a prezzi molto competitivi e di ottima qualità. La formula sembra funzionare dal momento che il negozio risulta pieno di clienti. Potete trovare davvero tutto per il bagno e ovviamente anche per allestire la cucina (tranne le cucine). Unico neo è che devi aspettare che i ragazzi della cassa abbiano finito per farti servire quindi scegliere e acquistare è contemporaneo con un po’ di lungaggine e di attesa.
 Shop of the Iperceramica chain sells home renovation products at very competitive prices and of excellent quality. The formula seems to work as the store is full of customers. You can really find everything for the bathroom and of course also to set up the kitchen (except the kitchens). The only drawback is that you have to wait for the guys at the cashier to be served so choosing and buying is contemporary with a bit of delay and waiting.

I materiali e gli arredi sono di buona fattura, con un valido rapporto qualità prezzo. Sto pensando ad acquistare delle cose ma, alcune recensioni, mi lasciano dei dubbi. Mi piacerebbe sapere l'evoluzione delle problematiche...se possibile
First of all, very kind, patient and professional staff. The room, with adjacent parking, is of contained dimensions. The materials and furnishings are well-made, with a good value for money. I'm thinking about buying things, but some reviews leave me in doubt. I'd like to know the evolution of the problems ... if possible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa in questo punto vendita, il personale è lì solo per preventivi o ordini, non c'è assistenza, non c'è consulenza. Abbiamo riscontrato un problema con delle mattonelle di rivestimento bagno, si spaccavano ad ogni taglio pur utilizzando un'attrezzatura specifica per il gres, la stessa utilizzata per il gres dei pavimenti e su cui non abbiamo avuto problemi. Ho provato a chiamare per chiedere un aiuto mi è stato risposto: "Non posso parlarle, se ne vada da un marmista a fare i tagli". Ho inoltrato un reclamo chiedendo la sostituzione con un lotto diverso (sperando non fosse difettoso), dopo ripetuti solleciti mi è stato risposto che dopo la loro verifica (quale? Come? Nessun loro tecnico aveva visionato il nostro materiale!) avevano riscontrato che il materiale non presentava vizi o difetti per cui non avrebbero accettato il reclamo. Per cortesia commerciale avrebbero accettato il reso del materiale purché fosse imballato e integro. Bella presa in giro... VERGOGNOSI, DA EVITARE!!
Negative experience in this store, the staff is only there for quotes or orders, there is no assistance, there is no advice. We encountered a problem with bathroom wall tiles, they cracked at every cut even though we used specific equipment for stoneware, the same one used for stoneware floors and on which we had no problems. I tried to call for help and was answered: "I can't talk to you, go to a marble worker to make the cuts". I filed a complaint asking for the replacement with a different batch (hoping it was not defective), after repeated reminders I was told that after their verification (which one? How? None of their technicians had seen our material!) They had found that the material it had no flaws or defects for which they would not have accepted the complaint. Out of commercial courtesy, they would have accepted the return of the material as long as it was packed and intact. Nice mockery ... SHAME, TO AVOID !!

Fate attenzione, le disponibilità dei materiali differiscono tra i vari punti vendita, ha senso verificare nei restanti prima di eventualmente ordinare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che ho una ristrutturazione in corso e che ho ordinato diversi materiali. Agli impiegati nel punto vendita credo sia deceduta prematuramente la maestra di matematica visto che su due ordini diversi hanno sbagliato 2 volte su 2 il materiale da ordinare pur avendo comunicato le misure fornite dal perito della banca (anche verificate da me personalmente); in un ordine hanno aggiunto 10 scatole (oltre al classico 10% di scarto in eccesso) e non si possono restituire; nell'altro ordine hanno dimenticato di calcolare il 15% dell'ordine e......contattati....hanno risposto che siamo noi a dover fare il conteggio....
Eh sì!...perchè secondo loro sono io a dover sapere quanti metri genera una scatola di mattonelle...ma che li pagate a fare!?!?
Fosse solo questo.....dopo aver fatto un ordine con verifica di disponibilità in magazzino ....dopo circa 10 giorni, magicamente, scompare la disponibilità e serve cambiare materiale con spesa maggiore....perchè ovviamente non hanno altro.

I state that I have a renovation in progress and that I have ordered several materials. I believe the math teacher died prematurely to the employees in the store since on two different orders they got the material to be ordered wrong 2 times out of 2 despite having communicated the measurements provided by the bank expert (also verified by me personally); in an order they added 10 boxes (in addition to the classic 10% excess waste) and they cannot be returned; in the other order they forgot to calculate 15% of the order and ...... contacted .... they replied that we have to do the count ....
Oh yes! ... because according to them it is I who must know how many meters a box of tiles generates ... but what do you pay them to do!?!?
If only this ..... after having placed an order with verification of availability in stock .... after about 10 days, magically, the availability disappears and you need to change material at a higher cost .... because obviously they have nothing else.
