★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Five of us (+ a baby) arrived about 10 minutes late for our reservation and it was not mentioned. Nice start.
This restaurant (yes they serve pizza) but it is more of a restaurant with numerous rooms.
We started with a couple of wonderful appetizers including meats, cheese and vegetables.
We ordered a good variety of items for a good challenge of the kitchen. They performed beautifully and we all raved about our choices.
With guidance from the waiter, I ordered grilled Branzino (a White and meaty fish). I'll admit I don't live deboning my own fish but maybe it made the delicious flavors even better.
Bottom line, this is a true Italian restaurant with very few tourists. Perhaps that is because it's right outside the wall. We all agreed that we want to return soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived looking to book a table last minute for two on a busy Saturday evening. Even with my basic Italian they found us a table, initially I thought looks can be a bit different. The two waiters that served us were very patient as I attempted my Italian. I am so glad I went here, its one of the best Pizza I have ever had. Ridiculous prices so cheap. Forget the rest in Lucca find this hidden gem.

Further they want that we pay more as stay on the card.
I am not a fussy person but I expect such prices to be of removable quality. We could not finish the food completely. Probably the pizzas taste better, we wanted to try a carbonara and tortellini....
