It was simply great: Each dish was cooked to perfection. I especially liked how bold the approach to the cooking was: No subtleties. Each dish walked the tightrope of assertive tastes (unusual in Italy) and elaborate fine-dining cooking techniques. The effort and skill put to each dish was so evident, no shortcuts taken. This is a small local bistro mind you! Taking this approach could easily end up in a disaster. Instead, it was a meal to remember.

Every item on the menu is made with the freshest ingredients and meticulously served. The burgers are huuuuge and there are lots of customization available, like habanero jam and different kinds of cheese. They also have tartare and special dishes (totally recommended the lobster roll), plus they have a very good variety of local wines and beers.
The atmosphere is cozy and informal, and all the staff is super nice and will answer any of your questions.
Every time i come here i’m never disappointed, and to be honest i’d give a ten star rating if i could. ❤️
