★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had one of the nicest meals in Lucca here at Al Mago, the food was great, not expensive, atmosphere vibrant, and staff are the friendliest and most helpful I've ever come across in Italy. Accommodating to children, menu is adaptable to suit any needs, and food was awesome. A truly amazing mix of Spainish and Italian cuisine....with that little extra needed to be unique....I will definitely go again and take all my friends and family. A resturant where you feel welcome and at home!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best Garlic Oil Pepper Spaghetti in Italy so far. We were in Milan, Venice and Florence but the Al Dante Spaghetti here with it's sauce is simply awesome! Tomato sauce with spaghetti was just perfect too. A must try! It is a simple restaurant off the main strip next to a parking space, no great view, but when you are eating great food, the view doesn't matter anyway.
