Eliza , Gianni and staff delightful, attentive, informative telling us about meals and origins of local produce .
Eat here first . Quiet, outdoor seating away from the central tourist hustling!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was slow and professionally presented/timmed. Unused dishes left on the table throughout the meal. When trying to get wait staff attention for water, or dessert or drinks no one was around. Very disappointing, when presented to management, response was shrugged shoulders. There are so many other wonderful alternatives.

I have no doubt that this was the best food I've ever tasted. The flavour combinations were inspired.
Not just the food, the waiting staff were brilliant - informative and noticeably proud of the experience they had created for us, all whilst remaining friendly and approachable if we had any questions.
If there is any justice in the world, Ristorante Al Corso will have a Michelin star soon.
