Ho trovato pronta disponibilità e professionalità nella valutazione e risoluzione del problema. Ho concluso il viaggio con altri 600 km in assoluta tranquillità. Ringrazio il signor Pirolli e il suo valido meccanico. Traveling from 400 km just before Cassino, the engine failure warning light comes on. I leave the highway and turn to the Pirolli garage. I found prompt availability and professionalism in the evaluation and resolution of the problem. I ended the journey with another 600 km in absolute tranquility. Ci si è giustificati dicendo che sono stato trattato ma non credo in questo, il dipendente è stata una persona squisita ma il proprietario ha capito la mia difficoltà e ne ha approfittato, lasciamo perdere che a casa mia le gomme usate te le regalano ma 200 mt non valgono 20-30€ di benzina... A pochi passi da lui ce n'è un altro, andrò da quest'altro la prossima volta Absolutely not, I do not think it is honest to come and pick up a customer at the motorway exit (200mt) and replace a (used) tire in the workshop at a cost of € 50 ... F	Franca Bossi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo avuto un problema tecnico nelle vicinanze di Cassino con un po' di difficoltà Siamo riusciti a uscire dall'autostrada e abbiamo trovato questa officina che nel tardo pomeriggio di venerdì ci ha comunque accolto fatto la diagnosi e ha cercato di trovare la soluzione per permetterci di riprendere il nostro viaggio Hanno dedicato tutto il sabato alla riparazione della nostra macchina e ci hanno permesso quindi di continuare il tragitto della nostra vacanza persone corrette e molto gentili e competenti con prezzi in linea con il mercato. Pirolli si è reso subito disponibile e ha trovato una soluzione contattando un noleggio a Cassino, considerando la bassa disponibilità di mezzi nella zona per il periodo estivo. Inoltre a titolo gratuito mi ha accompagnato per circa 8 km con la sua auto. Grazie.. , la gentilezza e l'essere disponibili nei confronti di persone sconosciute e in difficoltà è una qualità ormai rara.
