★ ★ ★ ★ ★ salve,sono Enzo e purtroppo la Mia macchina si è rotta la domenica,è arrivato il carroattrezzi della officina Coppola Carlo,fino a qui tutto bene,Mi ha riparato il danno con una spesa di cui ha avuto buon guadagno,ma ad oggi dopo tantissime telefonate,non ha eseguito la fattura (come da prassi che sia).
non ritengo giusto,in quanto io e la Mia famiglia siamo ritornati con il treno,di cui ho il rimoborso dello stesso.
Mi sono stancato di chiamarlo!!!!!!!!!!!

 hi, I'm Enzo and unfortunately my car broke down on Sunday, the Coppola Carlo workshop got into gear, so far so good, it repaired the damage with an expense that it had good profit, but today after so many phone calls, did not execute the invoice (as usual).
I do not think it is right, because my family and I have returned by train, of which I have the repayment of the same.
I got tired of calling it !!!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto la sfortuna di restare in panne con la mia auto in autostrada di sabato pomeriggio ma nella sfortuna sono stato molto fortunato. Ho chiamato il soccorso stradale della mia assicurazione ed in men che non si dica è arrivato sul posto il carro attrezzi Europ Assistance della ditta Coppola. L' autista, Ivan, mi ha chiesto quale fosse stato il problema e dopo aver ascoltato mi ha assicurato che se era una cosa risolvibile mi avrebbero fatto ripartire se no avrei potuto usufruire di un auto sostitutiva. Durante il tragitto ha chiamato un suo collega per farli aprire l'officina ed arrivati da lui, ci hanno fatto accomodare, offerto acqua fresca e caffè mentre loro davano un occhiata all'auto. Avrebbero potuto inventarsi chissà quale danno, invece con tutta onestà mi hanno detto che era semplicemente un manicotto che si era staccato. Me lo hanno sistemato e al momento di pagare mi hanno detto "faccia lei". Quindi è doveroso ringraziare sia Ivan, che da dipendente, onora i suoi datori di lavoro con gentilezza e professionalità sul soccorso tranquillizzando anche chi , come noi, sta nel panico. Ma devo ringraziare anche il sig. Carlo Pirolli dell'officina per la sua gentilezza, onestà e professionalità. Grazie
I had the misfortune of being broken down with my car on the highway on Saturday afternoon but in bad luck I was very lucky. I called the roadside assistance of my insurance and in no time the Europ Assistance tow truck of the Coppola company arrived. The driver, Ivan, asked me what the problem was and after listening he assured me that if it was a solvable thing they would have restarted me if not I could have used a replacement car. On the way he called a colleague of his to have them open the workshop and when they arrived, they made us sit down, offered us fresh water and coffee while they peeked at the car. They could have invented who knows what damage, instead they honestly told me it was simply a sleeve that had come off. They fixed it for me and at the time of paying they said "do it yourself". So it is right to thank both Ivan, and as an employee, he honors his employers with kindness and professionalism on the rescue, also reassuring those who, like us, are panicking. But I must also thank Mr. Carlo Pirolli from the workshop for his kindness, honesty and professionalism. Thank you
