And the proprietor lost his lower arm during the infamous bombing of the Month Cassino in 1944 as a child.
They have photo books displaying the destruction of the famous Abbey and the city.
Visit is recommended prior to your visit to the abbey, which is about a 10 minute drive from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went in on our drove south to Sorrento. We were hungry and needed some lunch. We don't speak Italian but the waitress was very patient with us and let us order slowly using Google translate ?it was a great experience and great food. Thank you La Fiorente
