★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il reparto vendita è un po' sotto tono con una competenza in fase di preventivo non proprio ottimale, i prezzi non sono molto competitivi rispetto ad altri dello stesso marchio. La situazione è invece completamente opposta al Service, cioè l'officina, dove sono sempre super competenti, disponibili e molto educati,
migliori di tutti i Service Vw/Audi
a cui mi sono rivolto in passato.
In virtù di questo però, dovrete prenotare con più anticipo rispetto ad altri Service, perché hanno molti più clienti soddisfatti è quindi fidelizzati.
La punta di diamante, che conferma ancor più l'ottimo lavoro svolto, è il Sig. SILVERIO, responsabile di officina, che con competenza è passione ascolterà le vostre problematiche relative al veicolo, ed infine vi spiegherà, con dovizia di particolari, gli interventi effettuati sullo stesso.
