A	Adrian Haley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would certainly give zero stars if I could. I was amazed with how rude the staff were. The bald barrista in particular. He throw an apoplectic tirade of insults at me and then decided to serve me last. And once finally served I had my coffee thrown onto the counter. SAY NO TO THIS PLACE!

K	Kathryn Heslop on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst queuing system I've seen. Overly complicated and confusing. Food/drink gets cold by the time you collect it all. Staff appear to also be confused. The whole thing is incredibly inefficient and a poor customer experience.

Not what you expect from an over priced service, avoid this place if you have the chance. The members of staff need to rethink about their actions. Very disappointed and not what I wanted to finish of my lovely holiday in Italy like. AVOID
K	Katherine Ling on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely ridiculous queuing system. If you do manage to work it out (we did eventually by paying in the shop opposite??!) and manage to get something the food isnt too bad but do not expect service with a smile
