Ho portato il mio iphone XR per far aggiustare la scheda di rete, i tempi non li hanno rispettati:mi avevano detto un paio di giorni e invece ho aspettato una settimana. Mi hanno rotto la fotocamera anteriore, senza darmi nessuna spiegazione o senza scusarsi. La scheda di rete è stata riparata sì, ma dopo due settimane si è rotta di nuovo, era chiaro che fosse un problema ormai irriparabile del telefono. E se non lo sanno loro che fanno questo lavoro chi altro lo deve sapere? Soldi inutilmente buttati
Ultimately unsatisfactory experience. I brought my iphone XR to have the network card fixed, the times did not respect them: they told me a couple of days and instead I waited a week. They broke my front camera, without giving me any explanation or without apology. The network card was fixed yes, but after two weeks it broke again, it was clear that this was a now irreparable problem with the phone. And if they don't know that they do this job who else needs to know? Money wasted unnecessarily
