M	Michele Colella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo devo dare 1 stella perché 0 non é possibile, non affidatevi a questo negozio di truffatori, è dal 2018 che sono in lista per un device acquistato da loro ma purtroppo da quel giorno non si hanno più tracce di loro. Solo una cosa mi consola ed é quella che gente come loro sono dei pezzenti e resteranno tali per tutta la vita. Unfortunately I have to give 1 star because 0 is not possible, do not rely on this shop of scammers, they have been on the list for a device purchased from them since 2018 but unfortunately from that day there are no more traces of them. Only one thing consoles me and that is that people like them are beggars and will remain so for life.

Sui social pubblicizzano promozioni e sconti convenienti peccato che in negozio i prezzi non vengono MAI confermati nonostante le conversazioni sui social testimoniano il contrario. Dopo aver ricevuto conferma della disponibilità e della promozione dei prodotti, in negozio per magia questi prodotti o non ci sono più o se ci sono, non sono in promozione. DISHONEST !!! G	Google Google on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo 0 non si può dare, ma zero è quello che si meritano, cellulare che vendono in contanti alla cifra di 700 euro, in finanziamento lo vendono 950 euro(tra cui 94 euro di interessi)quindi totale 850€ , non è neanche questa la cosa che piu fa ridere e che su 950 euro di finanziamento ti rifilano. Sono in lista per un telefono acquistato da loro dal 2018, non mi lamento di non averlo ricevuto perché quello faceva parte del gioco e ho firmato un contratto. Quello che più è veramente assurdo è il fatto che non ti danno nessun modo di usare le famose “SHARKCARD” nel loro negozio per acquistare altre cose e recuperare in qualche modo i soldi. Unfortunately I have to give 1 star because 0 is not possible. I'm on the list for a phone bought from them since 2018, I'm not complaining that I didn't get it because that was part of the game and I signed a contract. What is most truly absurd is the fact that they don't give you any way to use the famous “SHARKCARDS” in their shop to buy other things and somehow recover the money.

Ho provato ad acquistare un cellulare da loro accertandomi prima del fatto che fosse disponibile in store, alla mia domanda la risposta è stata positiva, ma una volta arrivata lì dopo poche ore in realtà il prodotto non era disponibile nonostante io gli avessi detto di essere di un paese limitrofo e che quindi mi sarei recata lì appositamente. Mi hanno detto che lo avrei dovuto ordinare e che avrei dovuto lasciare un acconto pari alla metà del prezzo ( direi altina come cifra), inizialmente ho acconsentito, ma poi non mi sentivo sicura e quindi ho chiesto la restituzione del denaro, che almeno mi è stato reso ( unica nota positiva e per questo non 0 stelle, ma almeno una). Bad experience! I tried to buy a mobile phone from them first making sure that it was available in the store, to my question the answer was positive, but once I arrived there after a few hours the product was actually not available even though I had told it to be from a neighboring country and therefore I would have gone there on purpose. They told me that I would have to order it and that I would have to leave a deposit equal to half the price (I would say altina as a figure), initially I agreed, but then I did not feel safe and then I asked for the money back, which at least is me been made (the only positive note and therefore not 0 stars, but at least one).
