★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale per niente qualificato,la ragazza sempre molto indisponente per non parlare del ragazzo,mi sono recato lì semplicemente per richiedere una sostituzione della sim wind e il prodotto non era disponibile, ho provato nello stesso giorno a richiedere anche il modem perchè avevo effettuato il passaggio a fibra tramite call center e non avevano nemmeno quello . A quel punto mi sono recato circa 200 metri più avanti al negozio wind di via toledo e il personale preparato e qualificato mi ha risolto tutti i problemi .
Staff not at all qualified, the girl always very annoying not to mention the boy, I went there simply to request a replacement of the sim wind and the product was not available, I tried on the same day to also request the modem because I had made the switch to fiber through call center and they didn't even have that. At that point I went about 200 meters further to the wind shop in via toledo and the trained and qualified staff solved all the problems.

Personalmente ho trovato freddezza, scortesia, prosopopea e nessuna voglia di risolvere i problemi. Non credo proprio che tornerò un'altra volta
In quel negozio. Una persona anziana ha bisogno di conferire con persone educate, rispettose specialmente dopo il dispiacere di aver subito un furto dì cellulare. (Motivo per cui cui sono andato in quel negozio.)

In that shop. An elderly person needs to confer with polite, respectful people especially after the sorrow of having a cell phone stolen. (Reason I went to that shop.)
