★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che non sono di Napoli e che non conosco Customer Service. Lunedi scorso ero in via Depretis quando il caricatore del mio cellulare incomincia a darmi problemi. Mi fermo a volo da Customer per chiedere informazioni e ho trovato delle persone speciali: preparate, gentili, disponibili, pazienti, veramente efficienti. In particolare il signor Rosario che mi ha risolto il problema in 35 minuti e la signora agli sportelli che mi ha rassicurato che da li sarei uscita con il cellulare funzionante e così è stato! Grazieee
 I state that I am not from Naples and that I do not know Customer Service. Last Monday I was in via Depretis when the charger of my cell phone starts giving me problems. I flew to Customer's to ask for information and I found some special people: prepared, kind, helpful, patient, truly efficient. In particular, Mr. Rosario who solved the problem for me in 35 minutes and the lady at the counters who reassured me that I would leave there with my mobile phone working and so it was! Thank you

Kind, helpful, friendly and very competent guys. In half an hour they replaced the charging connector and managed to save all my data. Well done, highly recommended. Not only are the Samsung products great but the people who work there too. Congratulations

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio, a pochi passi da piazza Borsa, è molto elegante, pulito e nuovo. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Il servizio di customer care è davvero molto veloce (in 2 gg lavorativi effettuano quasi tutte le operazioni di assistenza). Oltre al servizio di assistenza sono esposti e si possono acquistare i devices Samsung. C'è anche una piccola sala d'attesa, dove attendere il proprio turno.
The shop, a few steps from Piazza Borsa, is very elegant, clean and new. The staff is very nice and helpful. The customer care service is very fast (in 2 working days they carry out almost all the assistance operations). In addition to the assistance service, Samsung devices are displayed and can be purchased. There is also a small waiting room, where you can wait your turn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I broke display of my phone (S10+) and in Samsung customer service in Napoli they repaired it perfectly in less than one hour. They even replaced battery for security reasons. They were pollite and offered me with coffee while I was waiting. Best recommendations!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very friendly and competent staff. Very fluent in English. I came here after my Phone fell to the ground and my screen became partially black. At first I thaught it would cost a lot of money to repair the screen, because I didn't have insurance and it was the official customer service of Samsung. To my surprise the lady at the counter said they could repair the screen in one hour with no charge. So I left my phone there, came back an hour later and got my fixed phone back with no charge. Great customer service and great staff!
