Dopo un'ora il mio telefono era come nuovo. Ci sono tornato dopo una prima ottima esperienza, è stata una conferma da 5 stelle.

After an hour my phone was as good as new. I went back after a very good first experience, it was a 5 star confirmation.

Sarà un ottimo punto di riferimento per qualsiasi altra necessità pur non essendo dello stesso paese.
Helpful and competent staff. Repair of the telephone under warranty carried out within an hour. I would have given more stars if it were possible.
It will be an excellent point of reference for any other needs even if they are not from the same country.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un Samsung S21+ a Giugno 2021. In soli 7 mesi, per ben due volte, ho avuto problemi con il display (spento pur essendo acceso il cell). Mi sono rivolta a Phone Service per la risoluzione del problema (sostituzione del display) e, entrambe le volte, il cell mi è stato restituito in tempi rapidissimi (l'ultima volta nel giro di una sola ora). I tecnici di Phone Service sono indiscutibilmente persone molto preparate e competenti, oltre che gentili e disponibili.
I bought a Samsung S21 + in June 2021. In just 7 months, twice, I had problems with the display (turned off while the cell is on). I turned to Phone Service for the resolution of the problem (replacement of the display) and, both times, the cell was returned to me in a very short time (the last time within an hour). Phone Service technicians are indisputably very trained and competent people, as well as kind and helpful.
