★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confermo le recensioni che mi hanno indotto a cenare da Gianni. Scelta della carne al bancone. Saletta nel retro. Nell'attesa, cipolle grigliate (?) e olive (ottime). Per 35€ tagliata di Angus, costata di Fassona, verdure grigliate, acqua e vino. Come detto da altri, ambiente "spartano" ma si mangia bene a buon prezzo.
 I confirm the reviews that led me to dine at Gianni's. Choice of meat at the counter. Small room in the back. In the meantime, grilled onions (?) And olives (excellent). For 35 € Angus tagliata, Fassona rib, grilled vegetables, water and wine. As mentioned by others, "Spartan" environment but you eat well at a good price.

Non vi aspettate il locale super turistico vista sassi, è il retro di una macelleria adibito a ristorante. Lo consiglio per la qualità del cibo e l'esperienza non convenzionale!

You choose the meat at the counter and the owner cooks it on the spot in an exceptional way! Grilled vegetables are also delicious!
Do not expect the super tourist place with a view of stones, it is the back of a butcher's shop used as a restaurant. I recommend it for the quality of the food and the unconventional experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un servizio eccellente, tanti tipi di carne della migliore, che dopo aver scelto, sono stati accuratamente arrostiti sulla brace e accompagnati da verdure grigliate saporitissime, pane di Matera e una bella birra fresca. Il tutto accompagnato dalla gentilezza e dalla pulizia. Ho cenato benissimo e ho speso poco. È un posto dove tornerò sicuramente ! Complimenti ai ristoratori
An excellent service, many types of meat of the best, which after choosing, have been carefully roasted on the grill and accompanied by very tasty grilled vegetables, Matera bread and a nice fresh beer. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 宿の近くにあった肉料理の小さなレストランです。メインディッシュを待っている間にソーセージを食べるよう注文の時に二人の男の子に勧められ注文しましたが、結局ソーセージはメインディッシュを食べた時に運ばれてきました。
シンプルな店内で女性が客対応してくれますが、素朴ながら清潔で手入れが行き届いています。
肉は個人的には自宅の近くに新鮮で良心的な肉屋がありうちで食べた方が美味しく作れるなと思いました。
旅行先で食事に行くのであれば安めで親しみが持てるお店なのでおすすめです。
It is a small restaurant with meat dishes near the inn. When I ordered to eat the sausage while waiting for the main dish, the two boys recommended me to order it, but in the end the sausage was brought in when I ate the main dish.
Females serve customers in a simple store, but they are simple yet clean and well-maintained.
Personally, I thought that there was a fresh and conscientious butcher near my house and it would be better to eat it at home.
If you go out to eat at your travel destination, we recommend it because it is a cheap and friendly shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place offers very good food, really deliciously spiced sausages and other products. Gianni grills the steak also really well and his wine is also good. We paid with my wife altogether 22 EUR for a complete dinner with wine. If you visit Matera, don’t miss out this place. It isn’t a fancy restaurant, really traditional, but don’t judge it based on its look.
