★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi servo del negozio TIM di Piazza Matteotti da molti anni. il 90% dei servizi di cui dispongo li ho sempre acquistati in questo negozio. Questa sera, però, alle 19:30 sono stato letteralmente aggredito dalla signora, sedicente titolare, presente allo sportello. Mi ha in malo modo dato del furbetto solo perché ho chiesto delle spiegazioni e suggerimenti di come risolvere alcune discordanze sui dati di tariffazione presenti in fattura avendo aderito a "TIM unica" e "opzione mobile". Sono veramente dispiaciuto perché non mi aspettavo di trovarmi dinanzi ad un comportamento assolutamente incomprensibile e soprattutto non consono a chi, a contatto con il pubblico, deve moderare e controllare il proprio atteggiamento.
I have been using the TIM shop in Piazza Matteotti for many years. 90% of the services I have I have always bought in this shop. This evening, however, at 7:30 pm I was literally attacked by the self-styled owner, present at the counter. He in a bad way gave me the crafty only because I asked for explanations and suggestions on how to resolve some discrepancies on the tariff data on the invoice having joined the "single TIM" and "mobile option". I am really sorry because I did not expect to find myself in front of an absolutely incomprehensible behavior and above all not suited to those who, in contact with the public, must moderate and control their attitude.
