★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza molto positiva, dal direttore delle vendite al personale che si occupa della preparazione dei veicoli nuovi e ti assiste ed accompagna nella eventuale prova auto.
In particolare volevo ringraziare la Sig.na De Luna Gessica, per la professionalità e disponibilità, ha cercato tutte le soluzioni possibili dispensando informazioni molto utili sul prodotto, proponendomi di provare le motorizzazioni sulle quali ero indeciso (diesel o benzina, cambio aut.o manuale) e aiutandomi nella scelta. Peccato che alla fine non sono riuscito a trovare un' auto pronta consegna con le caratteristiche da me desiderate.
Volevo comunque complimentarmi per l operato e la disponibilità del personale e del Signore (di cui non ricordo il nome) che mi ha accompagnato durante la prova.

In particular I want to thank the Sig.na De Luna Jessica, for the professionalism and availability, tried all very useful product dispensing information possible solutions, it proposed to test the engines on which I was undecided (diesel or petrol, manual aut.o ) and helping me in the choice. Too bad that in the end I was unable to find a car ready for delivery with the characteristics I wanted.
However, I wanted to congratulate you on the work and availability of the staff and the Lord (whose name I can't remember) who accompanied me during the test.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sarà forse paradossale, ma quasi mi è dispiaciuto non finalizzare l'acquisto della mia nuova auto (Peugeot 3008) da loro, considerata la sconfinata disponibilità mostratami dalla splendida venditrice (Gessica) e dal titolare (di cui purtroppo non ricordo il nome), disponibilità che reputo ben al di sopra di quanto ci si potrebbe/dovrebbe aspettare e che - purtroppo! - in tante altre concessionarie da me visitate in precedenza (inclusa la filiale di Roma Tiburtina) non ho minimamente riscontrato.
Ho ricevuto un preventivo che nessun altro concessionario era riuscito neppure ad avvicinare, questo nonostante fossimo a ridosso delle festività natalizie ed alla chiusura d'anno e nonostante parlassimo di un'auto da ordinare (quindi no pronta consegna).
Alla fine ho dovuto rinunciare solamente perché, tramite un amico concessionario (multimarche) sono riuscito a trovare una vettura Km0 allestita e di colore esattamente uguale alle mie necessità (risparmiando 3k€), altrimenti avrei proceduto all'acquisto da loro senza il benché minimo dubbio ed esitazione.
Se siete interessati all'acquisto di un'auto del gruppo PSA, vi consiglio caldamente di passare comunque da loro, dubito cercherete altrove e vi sentirete trattati da "amici".
It may be paradoxical, but I almost regretted not finalizing the purchase of my new car (Peugeot 3008) from them, given the boundless availability shown to me by the splendid seller (Gessica) and by the owner (whose name I unfortunately can't remember), availability which I consider far above what one might / should expect and which - unfortunately! - in many other dealers visited by me previously (including the Rome branch of Tiburtina) I have not encountered in the least.
I received a quote that no other dealer had even managed to approach, this despite being close to the Christmas holidays and the end of the year and despite talking about a car to order (so no prompt delivery).
In the end I only had to give up because, through a friend dealer (multi-brand) I was able to find a Km0 car set up and of exactly the same color as my needs (saving € 3k), otherwise I would have proceeded to purchase from them without the slightest doubt and hesitation.
If you are interested in buying a car from the PSA group, I strongly advise you to go to them anyway, I doubt you will look elsewhere and feel treated like "friends".
