v	vafa1984 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo recati presso l'officina (siamo clienti abituali) per un guasto tecnico, risultato: macchina sequestrata per tre giorni senza alcuna telefonata da parte del personale(nessuno sapeva darci notizie ne sulle condizioni della vettura ne sulla data ipotetica per l'eventuale ritiro) quando dopo svariati tentativi finalmente risponde qualcuno per magia il preventivo è triplicato, ma cosa più grave veniamo redarguiti dall'operatore perché lui lavora e noi siamo in ferie. Totale mancanza di educazione da parte degli operatori che rispondono in modo poco cortese e professionale. Cambiate personale front-office vi fa perdere clienti. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO We went to the workshop (we are regular customers) for a technical failure, the result: car seized for three days without any phone call from the staff (no one knew how to give us news about the condition of the car or the hypothetical date for the possible withdrawal ) when after several attempts finally someone answers by magic the estimate has tripled, but more serious we are scolded by the operator because he works and we are on vacation. Total lack of education on the part of the operators who respond in an unprofessional and courteous way. Changing front-office staff makes you lose customers. NOT RECOMMENDED

Mi dice di venire di sabato pomeriggio dato che la mattina non potevo... Sono arrivata alle 16:00 e il posto era chiuso, ho cercato spiegazioni ma il il ragazzo dello staff non mi ha più risposto, complimenti. I came from Catania after making an appointment with a gentleman who calls himself part of the customer service. He tells me to come on a Saturday afternoon since I couldn't ... I arrived at 16:00 and the place was closed, I looked for explanations but the staff guy didn't answer me anymore, congratulations.

Reparatur bei Carglass in Siracusa innerhalb 1 h für 120€. Not recommendable. Would have needed between 1 and 2 weeks to replace a side window for our Berlingo. KV € 500. Repair at Carglass in Siracusa within 1 hour for € 120.

Quando il venditore si è liberato non ci ha calcolati minimamente e si è messo a guardare lo smartphone. Ci siamo avvicinati e ci ha dato, su nostra richiesta, informazioni frammentarie in piedi senza invitarci a sedere... Certamente non comprerò mai qui...magari qualche corso di marketing e comunicazione fatelo!

We drove the car to the workshop to have it checked out and the fault corrected. The young gentleman on the front counter did his utmost to slot this unscheduled repair the same day since we were travelling to Cefallu. Thank you Pentauto great response great service. Keep it up.
