Ho ricevuto la macchina di cortesia elettrica per un giorno sbloccabile con un app attraverso il cellulare e il giorno del ritiro mi hanno anche risolto un problema al volo che avevo dimenticato di dichiarare il giorno prima (regolazione dei fari anabbaglianti che erano troppo bassi). continuate così :) I have serviced the engine oil change at this workshop, taking advantage of a dedicated customer discount. Abbiamo rinunciato all'auto sostitutiva perché comunque abbiamo un'altro mezzo. Abbiamo ricevuto decine di telefonate per aggiornarci sui lavori (arrivo ricambio). E' importante sapere che l'officina si ricorda di te, anche se devi aspettare per un mese, lo fai con uno spirito diverso ti senti comunque rassicurato, non abbandonato.
