Raffaele il nuovo accettatore molto attento nei confronti del cliente. E Giordano ormai un istituzione dell'icar. Ottima Concessionaria I had a wonderful experience at the Renault acceptance / workshop !! Very cool guys and super professionals. Raffaele the new acceptor very attentive to the customer. Mentre tutti gli altri concessionari Renault che avevo contattato in precedenza davano come tempo di consegna di una nuova autovettura non meno di 120 giorni, questi ne garantivano (scrivendolo sul contratto) 60. Puntualmente sbugiardati.. auto consegnata come previsto dagli altri. Purtroppo rimasta "incastrata" dall'aver dovuto rottamare la vecchia auto per gli incentivi statali altrimenti avrei immediatamente disdetto. Se potete evitate di fare acquisti in questa concessionaria Too bad we can't give LESS THAN 1 STAR. Dealership (improperly improper employees ... unprofessional). While all the other Renault dealers that I had previously contacted gave as delivery time of a new car no less than 120 days, these guaranteed (writing it on the contract) 60. Punctually misleading .. car delivered as expected by the others. Unfortunately I was "stuck" by having to scrape the old car for state incentives otherwise I would have immediately canceled. If you can, avoid shopping at this dealership

Cosicché ho provato a fare un tentativo anche al magazzino Renault di Latina, dove ho avuto la fortuna di trovare il Sig. Dante che con santa pazienza, dopo aver fatto una ricerca molto accurata, mi ha comunicato con WahtsApp, la disponibilità dell'accessorio, inviandomi anche una foto dello stesso. Apprezzo e ringrazio di vero ❤ il Sig. Dante per la sua squisita disponibilità dimostrata nei confronti di una persona mai vista e mai conosciuta, quale potevo essere io. So I tried to make an attempt also at the Renault warehouse in Latina, where I was lucky enough to find Mr. Dante who with holy patience, after having done a very careful search, communicated with WahtsApp, the availability of the accessory, also sending me a photo of the same. Le auto esposte erano tutte chiuse e quindi impossibile vedere l'interno delle vetture. Per richiedere un preventivo di acquisto ci sono volute quasi 1 ora e mezza... As the first and perhaps only experience I had with them, I am not satisfied. The cars on display were all closed and therefore impossible to see the inside of the cars. To request a purchase quote it took almost 1 hour and a half ...

Sfortunatamente si è presentato subito dopo un altro problema alla centralina e l’hanno sostituita in modo corretto, ora funziona ed è tutto ok. Ringrazio molto Giordano e Matteo che sono stati molto gentili e disponibili e un grazie a Davide degli Uffici ICAR che si è dimostrato molto gentile, prestandomi un carica batteria per ricaricare l’auto in sostituzione da loro data in modo da poter ricaricare l’auto presso la mia abitazione. Ottima officina veramente consigliata. Competent staff, they solved my problem. Unfortunately, another problem with the control unit appeared immediately after and they replaced it correctly, now it works and everything is ok. Many thanks to Giordano and Matteo who were very kind and helpful and thanks to Davide from the ICAR Offices who proved to be very kind, lending me a battery charger to recharge the car as a replacement by them so that I can recharge the car at my home. Excellent workshop really recommended.
