F	Francesco Mariani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato la mia Kia Sportage presso una loro succursale dove ho incontrato un venditore professionae e cortese che mi ha seguito fino alla consegna. La sede di Pontina per l'assistenza invece è abbastanza imbarazzante, con notizie vaghe, tempi di attesa biblici e irrintracciabili telefonicamente. Mi hanno chiamato loro in un paio di occasioni per richiamo delle casa madre e poi non hanno richiamato più per appuntamento. Ora mi è arrrivata lettera diretta dalla KIA per un richiamo ed ho fatto almeo 10 telefonate al numero indicatomi dal loro centralino e un risponditore automatico dice a qualunque ora che sono tutti occupati e che richiamano loro....e sto ancora aspettanto. Ovviamente ora mi sto rivolgendo al altra Assistenza. I bought my Kia Sportage at one of their branches where I met a professional and courteous salesman who followed me up to the delivery. The Pontina assistance office, on the other hand, is quite embarrassing, with vague news, biblical waiting times and untraceable by phone. They called me on a couple of occasions to call back from the parent company and then they didn't call me back for an appointment. Now I have received a direct letter from KIA for a recall and I have made at least 10 phone calls to the number indicated by their switchboard and an automatic responder says at any time that they are all busy and that they will call them back .... and I am still waiting. Obviously now I am turning to the other Assistance.
L	Livio - on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Organizzazione ottima, qualità dei lavori impeccabile, ho riscontrato cura ed attenzione ai dettagli. I ricambi ovviamente tutti nuovi ed originali. Officina spaziosa, pulita e ben attrezzata. La responsabile, sig.ra Fabiana sempre attenta alle esigenze ed alle richieste del cliente, si è sempre dimostrata gentile e collaborativa, disposta a discutere ed eventualmente modificare il preventivo per quanto possibile per adattarlo alle mie necessità, infondendomi fiducia e mettendomi a mio agio. Gli aspetti negativi sono a mio avviso i prezzi un po' alti (ma per la mia esperienza tutte le officine convenzionate presentano questa caratteristica) d'altronde la qualità che forniscono non è paragonabile tranne qualche eccezione al meccanico generico a cui affidarsi se lo si conosce e si sa come lavora, ma se come me non si ha alcun punto di riferimento, con Leonori si va sul sicuro, nonchè qualche difficoltà di comunicazione sia a mezzo email che telefonica con il reparto. Excellent organization, impeccable quality of work, I found care and attention to detail. The spare parts obviously all new and original. Spacious, clean and well equipped workshop. The manager, Ms Fabiana, always attentive to the needs and requests of the customer, has always been polite and collaborative, willing to discuss and possibly modify the quote as much as possible to adapt it to my needs, instilling confidence and putting me at ease. The negative aspects are in my opinion the slightly high prices (but in my experience all the affiliated workshops have this characteristic) on the other hand the quality they provide is not comparable with some exceptions to the generic mechanic to rely on if you know him. and you know how it works, but if like me you have no point of reference, with Leonori you are on the safe side, as well as some communication difficulties both by email and by telephone with the department.

Di contro, come se fossi io in torto, poca cordialità e poche informazioni ricevute ("sta tutto nel preventivo" cit.), durata: 5 minuti. Da un venditore di professione mi aspettavo un altro trattamento... Peccato Appointment at 09.00, Peugeot, I arrive on time but the staff was still finishing the opening of the dealership (maybe open earlier or make an appointment from 09.30 onwards). On the other hand, as if I were wrong, little cordiality and little information received ("it's all in the quote" cit.), Duration: 5 minutes. From a professional salesman I was expecting another treatment ... Too bad
