Mi viene fatta una prima proposta di finanziamento che accetto, in sede. Vengo ricontattato dal sig. Andrea pochi giorni dopo dicendo che quella proposta è sbagliata e mi viene riformulata. Faccio notare che non è stato proprio corretto, ma accetto ugualmente. Trattandosi di finanziamento Findomestic chiedo se è necessario un VINCOLO in sede di stipula assicurativa ma mi viene detto di no. Ritiro l'auto, invio TUTTA LA DOCUMENTAZIONE a findomestic e senza preavviso ricevo una lettera di messa in mora per mancato vincolo sull'assicurazione. Chiamo Car Truck esponendo il problema e non trovo alcun tipo di comunicazione esaustiva. Mi sono fidato chiedendo loro se fosse necessario il vincolo, e sono rimasto fregato. Dopo SEI MESI di lettere tramite avvocato ho dimostrato la mia estraneità ai fatti e la mora è stata cancellata. Imbarazzanti. Oltre tutto l'operatore findomestic è un loro contatto diretto quindi l'intera situazione è ancora più imbarazzante. Purchase a Peugeot 3008 2nd series at KM0 in March 2020 pre lockdown (registered in December 2019). A first financing proposal is made to me, which I accept, on site. I am contacted by Mr. Andrea a few days later saying that that proposal is wrong and I am reformulated. I point out that it was not quite correct, but I accept it anyway. I collect the car, send ALL THE DOCUMENTATION to findomestic and without notice I receive a letter of formal notice for non-binding on the insurance. I call Car Truck explaining the problem and I cannot find any kind of exhaustive communication. I trusted by asking them if the bond was necessary, and I was screwed. After SIX MONTHS of letters through a lawyer I proved my extraneousness to the facts and the late payment was canceled. Embarassing. Besides all the findomestic operator is their direct contact so the whole situation is even more embarrassing.
