★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A febbraio 2020, ho acquistato presso questa concessionaria una e208 e vorrei raccontarvi la mia esperienza. L’acquisto è avvenuto a febbraio 2020; dopo circa 8000km i primi problemini (rottura de braccetto che regola l’altezza dei fari, per due volte) per arrivare a fine giugno di quest’anno quando, all’improvviso, si accendono tutte le spie del cruscotto senza possibilità di utilizzare l’auto. Dal 21 giugno l’auto è ferma nell’officina della concessionaria, oggi è il 25 ottobre.
Se gli inconvenienti e i problemi tecnici possono capitare, quello che non dovrebbe succedere è la completa mancanza di assistenza e di trovare una soluzione da parte della concessionaria e della casa madre. Sono QUATTRO mesi che si sta provando a risolvere il problema con degli aggiornamenti, sono QUATTRO mesi che non posso utilizzare la mia auto elettrica che ho acquistato e regolarmente pagato, sono QUATTRO mesi che sto utilizzando un’auto sostitutiva (Fiat Panda) a benzina.
Ecco, questa è la mia deludente esperienza con questa concessionaria. E chissà quanti mesi dovrò ancora attendere…
In February 2020, I bought an e208 from this dealership and I would like to tell you about my experience. The purchase took place in February 2020; after about 8000km the first problems (breaking of the arm that adjusts the height of the headlights, twice) to arrive at the end of June of this year when, all of a sudden, all the dashboard lights come on without the possibility of using the car. The car has been standing still in the dealership's workshop since 21 June, today is 25 October.
If the glitches and technical problems can happen, what shouldn't happen is the complete lack of assistance and to find a solution from the dealership and the parent company. It has been FOUR months that we have been trying to solve the problem with updates, it has been FOUR months that I cannot use my electric car that I have purchased and regularly paid for, it has been FOUR months that I have been using a replacement car (Fiat Panda) running on petrol.
Here, this is my disappointing experience with this dealership. And who knows how many months I will still have to wait ...

Nice venue, lots of offers, great attention from the sales officials. The electric 206 is pleasing and convincing me more than other fully electric cars.

L'ufficio accoglienza clienti non ha un'area dedicata per la clientela. Insomma, non proprio il massimo dell'attenzione al cliente.
Visit by car service: a very spartan welcome. The car was returned to me after being serviced and not washed, while in other dealerships it is customary to do so. The customer reception office does not have a dedicated area for customers. In short, not exactly the utmost attention to the customer.
