★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono cliente da anni e oggi é successa una cosa spiacevole che spero non si ripeta.
Nei punti vendita c é l iniziativa del comprsre un libro che poi verrà donato al Policlinico.
Oggi io ho declinato l invito della commessa voler comprare il libro e lei si è permessa di fare una battuttina alquanto fuoriluogo.
Premetto che a me del tu non me lo dai perché per me é una mancanza di rispetto ma posso sorvolare non tollero invece che io cliente riceva una battutina solo perchè io non ho fatto un dono. Ma se ci tenete così tanto perché non li donate gratuitamente voi senza venderli ? Volete fare un gesto bello ? I libri che non vendete li regalate senza che ci sia un guadagno..
Anche qui l iniziativa è vostra e io posdo dire no senza che venga perculato dalls commessa??
Ovviamente la commessa non l ha passata liscia ed è stata sbranata dal sottoscritto che non accetta la maleducazione.
Io non sono parente ne amico della suddetta cassiera che poteva tacere , faceva più bella figura.
In linea complessiva mi sono sempre trovato bene ma cerchiami di mantenere un comportamento più consono con un cliente.

Obviously the saleswoman did not get away with it and was mauled by the undersigned who does not accept rudeness.
I am neither a relative nor a friend of the aforementioned cashier who could be silent, made a better impression.
Overall I have always felt good but try to maintain a more appropriate behavior with a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Libreria al Carrefour, molto fornita, ma gli spazi sono un po' limitati per il transito. Ma se si chiede consiglio alle commesse si trova gentilezza e disponibilità, anche nei giorni prima di Natale. Mimì, la commessa è svelta e preparata, sa dare ottimi consigli sugli acquisti.
Bookshop at Carrefour, very well stocked, but spaces are a bit limited for transit. But if you ask the shop assistants for advice, you will find kindness and availability, even in the days before Christmas. Mimì, the saleswoman is quick and prepared, she knows how to give excellent advice on purchases.
