Dopo due viaggi a vuoto mi è stata consegnata alle 18.30
Impiegata scortese. Per scusarsi mi hanno fatto uno ''sconto'' di 10 €.
 Bad experience. I brought the car for service. It had to be ready by 4pm
After two empty trips it was delivered to me at 6.30pm
Rude employee. To apologize, they gave me a '' discount '' of € 10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi reco alle 17 per riparare una gomma forata, mi dicono che non è possibile ripararla subito ma di tornare alle 18,30, torno alle 18,45 ma la mia gomma è abbandonata per terra e nessuno sa nulla, non è stato prenotato l'intervento e quindi il meccanico non la fa, al momento, si fanno le 19 e a questo punto prendono in mano la gomma e la giudicano non riparabile perché liscia, (qualunque gommista serio l'avrebbe riparata). Mi propongono di sostituire tutte 4 che nemmeno hanno in casa.
Morale della favola un pomeriggio per dei truffatori che voglio a tutti costi venderti le loro gomme. A mai più
I go at 17 to repair a punctured tire, they tell me that it is not possible to repair it immediately but to return at 18.30, I return at 18.45 but my tire is abandoned on the ground and nobody knows anything, the intervention and therefore the mechanic does not do it, at the moment, it is 7 pm and at this point they take the tire in hand and consider it unrepairable because it is smooth (any serious tire dealer would have repaired it). They offer me to replace all 4 that they don't even have at home.
Moral of the story an afternoon for scammers who want to sell you their tires at all costs. To never again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Appuntamenti assolutamente non rispettati con attese di almeno un’ora in più rispetto all’orario di consegna previsto. Ho portato per due volte la macchina lì per il cambio pneumatici (pensando che la prima volta fosse stato un caso) e per ben due volte ho dovuto aspettare tantissimo perché avevano avuto ritardi o si erano addirittura scordati dell’appuntamento. Sconsigliato!
Bad experience. Absolutely missed appointments with waits of at least one hour longer than the expected delivery time. I took the car there twice for a tire change (thinking that the first time was a coincidence) and twice I had to wait a long time because they had been late or had even forgotten the appointment. Not recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cambio batteria..chiedo una batteria che fa funzionare lo start e stop.. non discuto di prezzo.. cambio batteria effettuato non funziona..ritorno il giorno dopo a parlare con il capo officina..con un sorriso mi dice tranq Le nostre batterie sono ricaricate a metà tra 3/4 giorni funziona tutto perfettamente ok mi fido. È passato un mese non funziona…non ho il tempo di andare e discutere me la tengo così..ma con me hanno chiuso. Lo sconsiglio!
