★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima esperienza con la vendita on line a dir poco PESSIMA, sia per la gestione sia per le "Arrampicate sugli specchi" pur di non vendere il prodotto scontato al 50% disponibile on line e correttamente acquistato,si giustifica con una fantomatica prevendita su una piattaforma esterna...peccato che siamo, anzi eravamo clienti storici ma evidentemente il profitto viene prima di ogni servizio al cliente.......quindi prima di acquistare on line, accertatevi che i prodotti siano REALMENTE disponibili, altrimenti perderete solo tempo....e il tempo almeno per me è denaro.
First experience with on-line sales to say the least POOR, both for the management and for "Climbing on the mirrors" in order not to sell the discounted product at 50% available online and correctly purchased, is justified with a phantom presale on a platform external ... too bad we are, indeed we were historical customers but evidently the profit comes before each customer service ....... so before buying online, make sure that the products are REALLY available, otherwise you will only waste time. ... and time at least for me is money.
