Il punto di forza della gelateria è la trasparenza: avere la possibilità di osservare il processo di produzione e di estrazione è un qualcosa di unico. Il pistacchio è fenomenale (non è verde!) per non parlare dello zabaione. Grande professionalità e attenzione per il cliente. Open laboratory is Love for artisanal ice cream! The strength of the ice cream parlor is transparency: having the opportunity to observe the production and extraction process is something unique. The pistachio is phenomenal (it's not green!) Not to mention the eggnog. Great professionalism and customer care.

Non possiamo (parlo per me e per tutta la mia famiglia) se non confermare l'eccellenza del prodotto proposto. Ma quando si leggono così tante recensioni positive che il gelato fosse buono era quasi scontato. La vera sorpresa è stata l'accoglienza e la cordialità dei titolari i quali, in prossimità dell'orario di chiusura e quindi alla fine di una giornata intensa di lavoro, ci hanno reso partecipi della loro passione e serietà per il lavoro anche con dettagli e spiegazioni tecniche davvero interessanti. Ci siamo salutati con l'augurio di rivederci a Natale per gustare assieme una fetta del mio panettone home made accompagnato dal loro gelato. In Termoli for a short vacation we decided to go to this ice cream parlor after reading many positive reviews. We cannot (I speak for myself and for my whole family) if not to confirm the excellence of the proposed product. But when you read so many positive reviews that the ice cream was good it was almost taken for granted. The real surprise was the welcome and friendliness of the owners who, close to closing time and therefore at the end of a busy day of work, made us partakers of their passion and seriousness for work also with details and really interesting technical explanations. We said goodbye with the wish to meet again at Christmas to enjoy together a slice of my home made panettone accompanied by their ice cream.

The staff are incredibly nice and always excited to tell you about their ice cream. Watch out for special tasting occasions.
