Poor and rude staff I went to the cashier twice once yelling at customers. The staff in a shop is very important! Education comes first. I won't set foot there again.

Ho effettuato un acquisto on line in negozio il 12 dicembre, la commessa mi aveva detto che sarebbe arrivato in 5 giorni lavorativi e comunque sicuramente prima di Natale, doveva essere un regalo! Non è arrivato!!! Ho contattato il servizio clienti e mi hanno offerto un buon sconto sul prossimo acquisto.... ma perché dovrei effettuare un altro acquisto?!?! Nel frattempo non ho ricevuto nessuna informazione sullo status della spedizione del mio ordine.
Bad service! I made an online purchase in the store on December 12, the saleswoman told me it would arrive in 5 working days and in any case certainly before Christmas, it had to be a gift! It hasn't arrived !!! I contacted customer service and they offered me a good discount on my next purchase .... but why should I make another purchase?!?! In the meantime, I have not received any information on the status of the shipment of my order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio fantastico,mi trovo molto bene con gli indumenti Tezenis,sono comodi e pratici. I prezzi sono forse leggermente più accessibili rispetto alla categoria in questione. Il negozio a Termoli non e molto grande,quindi ovviamente c'è meno scelta rispetto a Campobasso,ma comunque si trovano cose sfiziose e belle. Il personale è sempre disponibile e cordiale. Consigliato!
Fantastic shop, I feel very comfortable with Tezenis garments, they are comfortable and practical. Prices are perhaps slightly more affordable than in the category in question. The shop in Termoli is not very big, so obviously there is less choice than in Campobasso, but you can still find delicious and beautiful things. The staff are always helpful and friendly. Recommended!
