Solo loro sono cosi Bad switchboard service that doesn't work. If I see that where I want to order they use gls I cancel the order. Only they are like that
A	A196_ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La consegna che aspettavo era da effettuare in una zona un pochino disagiata ma comunque servita dai corrieri: per ben tre volte il tracking diceva destinatario sconosciuto pur avendo già consegnato in passato. Il servizio clienti non risolve nulla se non rispondendo con testi standard che fanno solo arrabbiare. Più volte adducevano altre scuse cercando di consegnare in luoghi a loro piu comodi, vergognosi. Guardate le risposte qui sotto e vi renderete conto dell'attenzione che riservano al cliente, tutte uguali! The delivery I was expecting was to be made in a slightly disadvantaged area but still served by couriers: three times the tracking said unknown recipient despite having already delivered in the past. Customer service solves nothing except by replying with standard texts that only make you angry. Several times they made other excuses trying to deliver to places more comfortable, shameful. Look at the answers below and you will realize the attention they reserve to the customer, all the same!

F	Federico vedovi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una cosa fuori di testa, sono rimasto a casa appunto per aspettare la consegna, vado a vedere la tracciabilità e c'era scritto che era già consegnato a una persona che manco conosco e manco abita vicino a me oltre tutto l'indirizzo era giusto anche perchè non è la prima volta che faccio acquisti, comunque sia telefono inesistente e son dovuto andare in sede a capire cosa era successo, e niente avevano sbagliato e il corriere e dovuto riandare a prendere il pacco, io non ho parole. I	Ignazio Novelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono 3 giorni che resto a casa perché sul sito è scritto che la consegna è prevista nel corso della giornata ma puntualmente la sera viene aggiornato lo stato della consegna come non riuscita mettendo lo stesso orario della notifica che il pacco sarà consegnato in giornata. Al quanto scandolosi!!! E inoltre non c’è modo di parlare con nessuno!!!! Giornate ad attendervi in casa per poi verificare sul tracking " destinatario assente" al telefono non rispondete mai .... You're right, three was too much but less than 1 can't. Days waiting for you at home and then check the tracking "absent recipient" on the phone never answer ....
