perché di misura sbagliata all'apertura del cellofan non è stato sostituito. anzi dovevo ringraziare il venditore perché me ne ha dato un altro di valore inferiore...uno di 300 € in meno..

Nonostante ci fosse la garanzia di 14 anni i signori di questo negozio non mi hanno sostituito il materasso ne rimborsata anzi mi hanno offerto uno sconto del 40% su un nuovo materasso, sconto che era giã in corso per tutti. Disonesti l massimo.
I got a permaflex mattress for more than 1000 euros and after 4 years it broke down. Although there was a 14-year guarantee, the gentlemen of this shop did not replace my mattress or refunded me, on the contrary they offered me a 40% discount on a new mattress, a discount that was already in progress for everyone. Dishonest the maximum.
