★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buona qualità dei materassi. I prezzi scontati sono i prezzi di listino. Quindi diffidate dagli sconti, se questi ultimi non sono per prodotti in esposizione. Qualità prezzo buona la si può fare decisamente di meglio.
 Good quality of mattresses. The discounted prices are the list prices. So be wary of discounts, if the latter are not for products on display. Good price quality can be done much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato per un preventivo di un materasso matrimoniale perché c'era lo sconto del 70%. La commessa ci ha fatto delle domande specifiche per poter capire cosa andava bene per noi. Ho notato che erano abbastanza preparate nel consigliare alle persone la qualità del loro prodotto. Alla fine siamo ritornati e abbiamo acquistato, il prezzo era conveniente per la qualità vi saprò dire quando arriverà.
I went for a quote for a double mattress as there was a 70% discount. The saleswoman asked us specific questions in order to understand what was right for us. I noticed that they were quite knowledgeable in advising people on the quality of their product. In the end we came back and bought, the price was affordable for the quality I'll be able to tell you when it will arrive.

Azienda evidentemente molto seria e impiegate del negozio di Reggio Emilia molto cortesi e attentissime alle esigenze del cliente. Materasso comodissimo e di ottima qualità. Lo consigliamo vivamente
Our experience is entirely positive. Despite a very small inconvenience (solved in the best way) they avoided any inconvenience and we are super happy with our purchase. Obviously very serious company and employees of the Reggio Emilia shop very courteous and very attentive to the customer's needs. Very comfortable mattress of excellent quality. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buoni materassi, ma la signora chiedendoci il budget massimo che volevamo spendere e la tipologia di materasso che volevamo, si è SOLO basata sulla tipologia di materasso sforando il budget di 200/300€ e anche più senza darci altre opzioni. Poteva semplicemente dire che con il budget prefissato non potevamo avere la tipologia di materasso che desideravamo e farci vedere quelli che rientravano nel budget, invece ci ha fatto provare materassi rigidi che costavano molto di più. Bisognerebbe sapere dare delle opzioni se si lavora con il pubblico

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale maleducato. Non ci hanno permesso di entrare fisicamente nel negozio perché la capienza massimo è di 4 persone, ma all'interno erano in 6 più la commessa.
Spenderemo i nostri soldi in un altro negozio.
Rude staff. They did not allow us to physically enter the shop because the maximum capacity is 4 people, but inside there were 6 plus the saleswoman.
We will spend our money in another store.

Prenoto un letto i primi di gennaio.... mi chiamano mille volte nell'ultimo mese per dirmi che il letto è in consegna e ogni volta 2 giorni prima mi disdicono tutto... Ora dicono che bisogna aspettare un altro mese e forse ...FORSE lo consegnano.
La scusa del covid e della mancanza materiale ormai è passata di moda....ed è come scusa a tutto....
MALEDUCATI AL TELEFONO (SERVIZIO CLIENTI) INCOMPETENTI e POCO ORGANIZZATI. Se tornassi in dietro MAI PIU'!!!!!
