Disarming I bought 6 ceiling lights: 2 large 2 medium and 2 small and related 3 + 3 + 2 + 2 + 1 + 1 = 12 bulbs. The large ones have 3 lamp holders, the medium 2 and the small 1. The sales guy packs everything into 3 boxes and loads them into the trunk of the car. Upon returning, we realize that the ceiling lights are 4 medium and there is no trace of the 2 large ones, while one of the small ones is intact of the other there is only the lid. I go back to the shop and am greeted by an elderly lady (the same one who had done the checkout last time. After waiting well for other customers to be served, I explain the problem and she replies that it is impossible and that I had to come there with the packaging. original of the ceiling lights: but if they didn't give it to me! I took 6 ceiling lights and the packages were 3 with the bulbs inside, how could I have the individual packages? Moral: it turns out that the large ceiling lights had only 2 lamp holders (those of 3 they weren't there or were they with frosted glass different from the others or simply did not know where they were? Strange ... I had seen them well the other time, and I was not the only one ...) while for the missing base of the little girl he shakes his head considering strange the thing (maybe I was going back there because I wanted to take advantage of recovering an extra blade and lamp holder ...) and goes up to the third floor on foot to fetch the metal base: on his return (10 minutes later), he introduces me a scratched and rusted base ta without lamp holder that he delivers to me separately by taking it from an unlikely basket, detached from the rest and with the fixing screws and clamps visibly corroded (integral with the base just recovered ..) and that I would have to assemble myself, under warranty ... As for the other smaller ceiling lights, to give me a sop (alms) he gives me another 2 lamp holders of the same quality saying that I could try to mount them separately on the ceiling lights that perhaps there were holes prepared to fix them, if they are ... PS: but rather than walking 3 floors to and from, I would have done the nice gesture at least to give directly a small, sealed and packaged replacement ceiling light that had plenty of them in front of the warehouse. Maybe he saved time and effort without losing that so much they took them in China for 2 euros .. What to say. Thank you, Lolli: I will definitely be back to buy from you. Wait for me !!
