Durante l'ordine però, non accorgendomene, sbaglio (lenzuolo anzichè copripiumino). Avrebbero potuto far finta di nulla, e invece mi hanno contattata per accertarsi che il mio ordine fosse corretto, visto che telefonicamente avevamo parlato del copripiumino. Sono stati super disponibili e veramente gentili. Cosa rara (purtroppo) al giorno d'oggi trovare questa attenzione al cliente. Super consigliati
Kindness and professionalism are the masters. I made an online purchase after contacting them by phone. During the order, however, not realizing it, I make a mistake (sheet instead of duvet cover). They could have ignored it, but instead they contacted me to make sure my order was correct, as we had talked about the duvet cover by phone. They were super helpful and really nice. Rarely (unfortunately) nowadays to find this customer focus. Super recommended

More than positive experience, with a customer service from 10 and praise and fast shipping (ordered Wednesday evening and arrived Friday). It is also a very well stocked shop.
