Ho chiamato perché sono cliente con la famiglia da anni , chiedendo lo stesso materasso che ho già in uso , da destinare alla seconda casa, ovviamente con indicazione del costo in modo da disporre direttamente un bonifico per avviare L ordine , essendo a oltre 40km di distanza e conoscendo già il prodotto. La risposta è stata : deve venire di persona.... mi dispiace perché mi avrebbe risolto un problema e ora andrò ad acquistare un materasso sconosciuto ad un prezzo più alto dal mobilificio. Pessimo
Bad service! I called because I am customer with the family for years, asking the same mattress that I have already used, to be allocated to the second home, obviously indicating the cost so as to arrange a bank transfer directly to start The order, being more than 40km away and already knowing the product. The answer was: it has to come in person .... I'm sorry because it would have solved a problem for me and now I'm going to buy an unknown mattress at a higher price from the furniture factory. Very bad

La consegna è stata effettuata con 3 giorni di anticipo rispetto al previsto; trasportatori puntuali, molto veloci e disponibili nel portare via il vecchio materasso. Materasso nuovo davvero comodo.
I bought a new mattress at Regginflex. Fast and flawless service. Available and very clear in the explanations, possibility of testing the mattresses on site. The delivery was made 3 days earlier than expected; punctual transporters, very fast and available to take away the old mattress. Really comfortable new mattress.
