★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsigliato. Avuto peoblemi post vendita, il prodotto diverso da quello provato e con difetti palesi (esempio rete elettrica bloccata al primo rialzo) e sei abbandonato. Gran cortesia al telefono o in negozio..ma poi se ne fregano e rimani fregato e con roba da buttare. Passati tre mesi dall'acquisto e ancora nessuno si è degnato di passare a risolvere. Forse non era il caso di espandersi in emilia romagna se non si può garantire normali garanzie e assistenza. Lasciare una persona senza letto è criminoso...almeno passasse qualcuno a rimontare il mio vecchio letto...
Not recommended. You have had after-sales problems, the product different from the one tried and with obvious defects (for example the electricity grid blocked on the first rise) and you are abandoned. Great courtesy on the phone or in the shop .. but then they don't care and you get screwed and with stuff to throw away. Three months have passed since the purchase and still no one has deigned to go to solve. Perhaps it was not the case to expand into Emilia Romagna if normal guarantees and assistance cannot be guaranteed. Leaving a person without a bed is criminal ... at least someone would come by to reassemble my old bed ...
