★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nulla da dire sui professionisti che lavorano in questa strutta, in base alla mia esperienza, mi son trovato molto bene. Il personale della reception / casse invece mi è sembrato poco preparato e poco rispettoso. Durante l’ultima visita io e mio figlio (che dopo scuola non aveva ancora pranzato) abbiamo atteso quasi 40’ per pagare (la visita e durata meno) con sole 3 persone davanti a noi in fila. Tutte le impiegate delle casse erano concentrate in un unico box (problema tecnico??), 3 casse su 4 erano vuote e nessuno ha avuto il rispetto e/o l’educazione di avvisare o scusarsi. Lo spiacevole evento si è presentato seppure in maniera leggermente più attenuata a 15 giorni di distanza. Morale della favola, se proprio non è potete farne a meno andate in questa clinica, in tutti gli altri casi posso assicurarvi che sia il Palmer che Villa Verde vi fanno perdere molto meno tempo, o magari possono avere il rispetto e l’educazione per spiegarvi il problema o chiedervi scusa.
 Nothing to say about the professionals who work in this structure, based on my experience, I found myself very well. The reception / cashier staff, on the other hand, seemed to me to be poorly prepared and not very respectful. During the last visit, my son and I (who hadn't had lunch after school yet) waited almost 40 minutes to pay (the visit lasted less) with only 3 people in front of us in a row. All the employees of the tills were concentrated in a single box (technical problem ??), 3 out of 4 tills were empty and none had the respect and / or education to warn or apologize. The unfortunate event occurred, albeit in a slightly more attenuated way 15 days later. Moral of the story, if you really can't do without it, go to this clinic, in all other cases I can assure you that both Palmer and Villa Verde make you waste much less time, or maybe they can have the respect and education to explain you. the problem or apologize.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ciao ho effettuato un intervento di impiantologia dentale qualche giorno fa dopo una lunga attesa che nonostante tutto mi ha ripagato per l'attenzione e la professionalità che hanno avuto nei miei confronti il Dottor Guarrera e la sua assistente, ma soprattutto per L'aspettò umano che hanno dimostrato cercando di tranquillizzarmi e facendomi sentire il più possibile a mio agio.

Hi, I underwent a dental implant surgery a few days ago after a long wait that, despite everything, paid off for the attention and professionalism that Dr. Guarrera and his assistant had towards me, but above all for the human expectation that they demonstrated by trying to calm me down and making me feel as comfortable as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho avuto modo di parlare con qualcuno perché al telefono nessuno rispondeva e quando sono venuto per una prenotazione a pagamento con convenzione sanitaria mi avete rimandato a casa dicendo che mi avreste richiamato ma non ho mai sentito nessuno. Ad una mia email di chiarimento non vi siete degnati di rispondere se non (dopo un mio sollecito) con un laconico "ci dica cosa vuole prenotare" - neanche una scusa.
Servizio di front-office pessimo e se da il buon giorno si vede quel mattino.......aiuto!!!!!
I did not have the opportunity to speak to anyone because no one answered on the phone and when I came for a paid reservation with a health agreement you sent me home saying you would call me back but I never heard from anyone. You did not deign to reply to my clarification email except (after a reminder from me) with a laconic "tell us what you want to book" - not even an apology.
Bad front office service and if a good day shows up that morning ....... help !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lunghe file per accedere ai servizi nonostante il numero. Al telefono risponde Karen, il ro(bot) che ti fa solo perdere tempo, perché dopo non ti richiama nessuno. Infine evitate di fare il campo visivo computerizzato perché il dottore è davvero scontroso e non rilascia nemmeno il referto. Anzi ti suggerisce di fare le fotocopie altrimenti tra qualche mese il risultato dell’esame potrebbe sbiadire?. A Reggio Emilia c’è di meglio (Villa Green).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia compagna è stata visitata da un otorino dello Spallanzani che le ha refertato una infezione all'orecchio, prescrivendo la relativa terapia. Dopo un mese circa il problema è di nuovo ricomparso e pertanto ci siamo rivolti questa volta al locale ospedale. Al termine della visita le è stato refertato la rottura del timpano. Ho chiesto come mai il medico dello Spallanzani non ha rilevato la lesione ma solo una infezione??.. Non ho avuto risposta.....
Giudicate voi.
My partner was examined by a Spallanzani ENT who reported an ear infection and prescribed the relative therapy. After about a month the problem reappeared again and so we went to the local hospital this time. At the end of the visit, the rupture of the eardrum was reported. I asked why the Spallanzani doctor did not detect the lesion but only an infection ?? .. I had no answer .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver eseguito cure ortodontiche presso di Voi con tanta professionalità e gentilezza, in periodo pandemia oltretutto e anche essendo paurosa al 1000 x 1000, non ho esitato a consigliare mio figlio di fare visita per intervento laser agli occhi, miopia ed astigmatismo importanti dai tempi dell'asilo.... Il Dottor Paolo Spallanzani ieri ha eseguito intervento, stamattina a meno di 24 ore primo controllo, 10 DECIMI!!!! Voi non immaginate minimamente la soddisfazione di tutta la nostra famiglia.
