B	Barbara Rabitti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do una stella perchè meno non si può. Ho accompagnato una mia amica che ci andava per la prima (e sicuramente ultima) volta e siamo rimaste inorridite. Non discuto sulla professionalità che non sono in grado di giudicare non essendomi sottoposta ad alcun trattamento e non avendo, da osservatrice, visto cose particolarmente fuori luogo, ma la maleducazione in questo negozio regna sovrana. C'è un personaggio, probabilmente il titolare altrimenti non credo potrebbe permettersi atteggiamenti simili, che si stizzisce per un nonnulla e urla come un folle rispondendo veramente male a domande banali. Non mi è mai capitato in nessun genere di negozio di rilevare atteggiamenti simili, neanche con clienti che veramente portano allo sfinimento e a volte meriterebbero risposte che però nessuno si azzarda a dare. Il fatto che tutto lo staff parli un italiano molto stentato non aiuta e credo dia luogo ad equivoci che li fanno stizzire inutilmente, il fatto che commentino continuamente nella loro lingua, non mette a proprio agio. Ciononostante in un'ora che sono stata lì ho visto un bel viavai, magari erano nervosi solo ieri ed è stato un caso. Io comunque, di sicuro, lo sconsiglio I give a star because you can not do less. The fact that the whole staff speaks a very broken Italian does not help and I believe it gives rise to misunderstandings that make them uselessly annoying, the fact that they continually comment in their language, does not put at ease. Nevertheless in an hour that I was there I saw a good coming and going, maybe they were nervous only yesterday and it was a case. However, I certainly do not recommend it

Sono venuto a farmi il taglio,avevo spiegato come fare il taglio e alla fine quando stavo per pagare e mi son ritrovato una parte dei capelli che non aveva neanche sfiorato,nonostante l'avevo detto più e più volte di farmi il taglio da quel lato,ha risposto che non si poteva più alla fine. Chiamo chiedo se serve l appuntamento e mi dicono no di andar li anche se sono le 18. 50 vado aspetto in fila fino alle 20 al che vengo mandata via senza che mi facciano i capelli perché dovevano chiudere. Irrispettoso, maleducati e cafoni. Venivamo io, mia mamma, mia sorella, mio cognato, mio marito e tante mie amiche e può star certo che da oggi non verranno e non verrò mai più. Attività come questa devono chiudere. Bad is an understatement. Rude staff especially the owner.
