Arrivato sul posto mi dicono che il medico non ce e di tornare a casa. 20€ di benzina permesso a lavoro e 50 minuti di strada! Mi dicono che non avevano email e numero di telefono per avvisarmi quando in realtà ci eravamo sentiti per email dove avevo anche lasciato il recapito telefonico! COMPLIMENTI! Prenotato da tempo una visita medico sportiva e mi chiamano a poche ore dall'appuntamento per dirmi che il medico ha il covid, non hanno un sostituto ne una soluzione ne è possibile riprendere altro appuntamento. Operatore inutile nelle risposte e danno per torneo di mio figlio saltato. Professionalism under the shoes. Mi sono inoltre recato 2 volte nel reparto medico per visite di controllo, esami generici e visite oculistiche. Soddisfattissimo del servizio offerto in tutte le occasioni!! Centro ed attrezzature all’avanguardia, personale cortese ed accogliente e medici competenti!! Consigliatissimo!! I have been attending 3C Salute's outpatient clinics for 3 years now, mainly for routine dental check-ups, annual cleaning and any dental care. I also went to the medical department twice for checkups, general exams and eye examinations. Very satisfied with the service offered on all occasions !! State-of-the-art center and equipment, courteous and welcoming staff and competent doctors !! Highly recommended !!

Accesso con assicurazione scopro al momento del pagamento che una prestazione non è compresa quindi da pagare a parte. Magari saperlo al momento della prenotazione oppure farlo presente all’accettazione eviterebbe ….brutte sorprese Quick and superficial eye examination. Mi sono sempre trovata bene, le ragazze che eseguono i tamponi sono molto gentili e delicate. Negli ultimi mesi ho notato che l’affluenza al poliambulatorio è cresciuta parecchio, vista l’emergenza attuale, quindi è probabile dover attendere al telefono, o trovare un po’ di fila, ma trovo che i servizi siano invariati. Forse non si dovrebbe dimenticare che in questo periodo le strutture che erogano servizi per la salute, si trovano il lavoro raddoppiato, triplicato o forse anche di più, ma il personale non può aumentare di numero in maniera proporzionale, anzi a volte è pure ridotto perché si ammalano anche le persone che lavorano!
