Se lei dice i gusti che desidera e quando, dopo aver atteso un tempo ragionevole, le consegnano il gelato lei ne richiede altri si evince chiaramente che non è possibile . Noi siamo già conosciuti per le quantità generose dei nostri coni coppe e focacce. Certo che se pretende che le regaliamo una quantità doppia rispetto a ciò che paga almeno abbia il buon gusto di chiedere per favore anziché intavolare sterili e miserabili polemiche

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il gelato è ottimo ma purtroppo non si può dire lo stesso del servizio. Quando siamo stati serviti siamo stati derisi davanti a tutti perché definiti "troppo lenti" nella scelta dei gusti. Scusateci di quanto accaduto, la vicenda è stata protratta e resa pubblica anche ad altri clienti. Una volta che il locale si è svuotato siamo entrati per esprimere il nostro rammarico circa il servizio e qui sono iniziate urla e offese. Inutile dire che non varcheremo MAI più la soglia di quella gelateria.
The ice cream is great but unfortunately the same cannot be said of the service. When we were served we were mocked in front of everyone because they were called "too slow" in the choice of tastes. Sorry for what happened, the story has been protracted and made public to other customers. Once the place was emptied we entered to express our regret about the service and here screams and insults started. Needless to say, we will NEVER cross the threshold of that ice cream shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualità del gelato nella media, niente di eccezionale. Lascio due stelle perché purtroppo ho ricevuto davvero un pessimo servizio da parte della gelateria: ho ordinato una vaschetta con quattro gusti, tra cui il cioccolato (classico) che di tutto sapeva tranne che di cioccolato, sapeva anzi spiccatamente di nocciola (probabilmente non si curano di lavare correttamente i macchinari tra un gusto e l'altro). Non sarebbe un problema se mi avessero perlomeno avvisato prima di questa particolare caratteristica. Tra l'altro da nessuna parte è possibile visionare gli ingredienti del gelato che uno ordina, cosa molto grave.
Average ice cream quality, nothing exceptional. I leave two stars because unfortunately I received a really bad service from the ice cream shop: I ordered a tray with four flavors, including the (classic) chocolate that knew everything except chocolate, it tasted rather nutty (probably they don't care to properly wash the machines between one taste and another). It wouldn't be a problem if they had at least advised me before about this particular feature. Among other things, nowhere is it possible to view the ingredients of the ice cream that one orders, which is very serious.
