โ โ โ โ โ Gelato is very tasty. My family has been visiting this gelateria for years. The problem is with their poor customer service, and unacceptable attitude towards customers. The staff changes often, the girls working at the counter are rude and defiant. Never use plastic gloves or napkins to take the cones, including the owners. When asked to do so, they change in face and just do you a favor without realizing they Must Not touch food with bare dirty hands after they touch money, themselves or other objects. I observed a rude attitude towards an old man who pissed off when a young girl talked to him like to a boy ,
could not give him a right amount of change and after all did not apologize to him. He left frustrated. Just 3 days ago my friend and i had a bad experience in this gelatetia when asked to use napkings for our cones and give us an equal amount of all ordered types of gelato. The girl seller was very aggressive and rude and when we complained to the owner she left her work place, jumped in front of the owner to argue with us and he was helplessly trying to apoligize for her behaviour. Very poor and urrresponsible staff policy from the owners side and lack of professionalism. Do not feel like going there again. Do not they realize they scare off the potential and existing customers and create bad reputation for their business?
