★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco trasparenti e disonesti ...ho chiesto loro tramite il Credem un finanziamento/mutuo x ristrutturazione casa. Mi hanno tirato avanti la pratica per mesi facendomi credere che comunque il finanziamento era fattibile. Mi han fatto firmare contratti e produrre una infinita’ di documentazioni. Mi han fatto pagare prima 560 € di perizie facendo finta che mancasse solo quello per avviare la pratica per poi negarmi del tutto il finanziamento. Esperienza pessima credo farò loro causa per i soldi e il tempo perso visto che avevo delle scadenze da rispettare che mi hanno fatto perdere
Not very transparent and dishonest ... I asked them through Credem for a loan / mortgage for home renovation. They kept me going for months, making me believe that the financing was feasible anyway. They made me sign contracts and produce an infinite number of documents. They first made me pay € 560 for appraisals, pretending that only the one to start the procedure was missing and then denying me the entire financing. Bad experience I think I will sue them for the money and the lost time since I had deadlines to meet that made me lose
