 I went to the Palmer center for a sports visit, they called me to anticipate the visit by half an hour, nevertheless I waited an hour in the waiting room and they exchanged my identity with a little girl. Unprofessional, bad value for money.

Ho avuto il piacere di incontrare personale altamente qualificato, cortese, che con grande dedizione svolge il proprio lavoro e che mi ha permesso di vivere un’esperienza altamente formativa in un ambiente molto accogliente. Un centro d’eccellenza, altamente consigliato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo recati in questo centro per una visita specialistica. Raggiungere il centro è stato facile, dispone anche di un comodo parcheggio. L'entrata è decentrata e non disposta molto bene la reception. Ci sono scrivanie in mezzo al passaggio, con miliardi di fili a vista. Un centro medico dovrebbe avere più attenzione ai dettagli. Personale un po' freddo servirebbe più cordialità. Il corridoio di attesa è adornato da foto con belle idee ma la stampa non è di buona qualità. Ci sono comode e belle sedute, con un piano dove vi sono volantini informativi e pubblicitari, riviste, tutto un po' disordinato. Positivo che ci sia acqua da bere a disposizione. Il nostro specialista ci è piaciuto, gentile e professionale.
We went to this center for a specialist visit. Getting to the center was easy, it also has convenient parking. The entrance is decentralized and the reception is not very well laid out. There are desks in the middle of the passage, with billions of exposed wires. A medical center should have more attention to detail. A bit cold staff would need more cordiality. The waiting corridor is adorned with photos with beautiful ideas but the print is not of good quality. There are comfortable and beautiful seats, with a floor where there are information and advertising leaflets, magazines, all a bit messy. Positive that there is water to drink available. We liked our specialist, kind and professional.

Oltre al ritardo di un’ora e mezza, che probabilmente sarebbe stato ulteriore se non fossi andata via, ho trovato poco rispettoso il fatto che mi sono recata al centro altre due volte, sentendomi dire entrambe le volte che ci sono stati dei problemi nell’appuntamento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura nuova e personale eccezionale. Peccato per gli spazi dell'accettazione, dove viene totalmente a mancare l'aspetto riservatezza. Chiunque sia seduto in attesa del proprio turno può sentire tutto. Poteva essere organizzato decisamente meglio vista la costruzione recente.
New facility and exceptional staff. Too bad for the reception areas, where the confidentiality aspect is totally lacking. Anyone sitting around waiting for their turn can hear everything. It could have been much better organized given the recent construction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura nuova. Accettazione non molto accogliente. C'è totale mancanza di privacy. Se chiedi qualcosa tutti possono ascoltare. Il rammarico peggiore è dato però dai ritardi rispetto agli appuntamenti. Il ritardo può capitare ma l'utente, laddove si riesce, deve essere avvertito. I mezzi per avvisare ci sono. Una struttura nuova e al passo con i tempi si attrezza di conseguenza.
New structure. Not very welcoming acceptance. There is a total lack of privacy. If you ask for something everyone can listen. The worst regret, however, is given by the delays with respect to appointments. Delay can happen but the user, where successful, must be warned. The means of warning are there. A new structure in step with the times is equipped accordingly.

30 minuti di ritardo.
Visita di medicina sportiva: 2 utenti in contemporanea nella stessa stanza.
I minorenni che per legge devono essere accompagnati dal genitore entrano soli. L'anamnesi la chiedono al minore.... Così viene dichiarato, ma non viene fatta nessuna anamnesi o raccolta dati anamnestica completa. Anche perché ragazzini di 11,12 anni possono rispondere ma sarebbe corretto chiedere al genitore le corrette informazioni.
Atteggiamento poco professionale.
