Il personale è gentile, i professionisti competenti e le strumentazioni d'avanguardia. Sono attive varie convenzioni assicurative. Ho anche avuto modo di conoscere altri professionisti (ortodonzia e gastroenterologia), sempre trovandomi a mio agio e soddisfatta delle informazioni ricevute. I went to this center for a refractive surgery and I must be very satisfied. The staff is kind, the professionals are competent and the equipment is state of the art. Various insurance agreements are active. I also got to know other professionals (orthodontics and gastroenterology), always finding myself at ease and satisfied with the information received.

Dopo aver prenotato un appuntamento (specificando i miei orari lavorativi), mi arriva una chiamata poche ore prima dove mi viene detto che il dottore non ci sarebbe stato all'orario da me prenotato e che la visita sarebbe slittata a poche ore dopo. Mi presento all'orario da loro indicato, mi fanno accomodare in uno studio dove mi fanno i primi esami dopo di che attendo il Dottore in sala d'attesa. Passati 20 minuti da quando il Dottore sarebbe dovuto arrivare, mi avvicino a una Dottoressa dicendole che sarei dovuto andare a lavorare. Lei imbarazzata mi informa che sarebbe arrivato l'ora successiva, che la visita non avrebbe avuto un costo a causa di tutti i disguidi e che sarei stato contattato dal responsabile per sistemare l'accaduto. Innervosito e deluso , esco dalla villa con l'intenzione di non tornarci mai più. Poca professionalità e serietà. First time at Villa Richeldi for a specialist eye examination but I certainly can't speak highly enough of it. After booking an appointment (specifying my working hours), I get a call a few hours before where I am told that the doctor would not be there at the time I booked and that the visit would be postponed to a few hours later. I show up at the time indicated by them, they make me sit in a study where they do my first exams, after which I wait for the Doctor in the waiting room. After 20 minutes since the Doctor should have arrived, I approach a Doctor and tell her that I should have gone to work. Embarrassed, she informs me that the next hour would come, that the visit would not have had a cost due to all the misunderstandings and that I would be contacted by the manager to fix the incident. Unnerved and disappointed, I leave the villa with the intention of never returning. Little professionalism and seriousness.

La dottoressa è molto professionale e disponibile.I risultati sono già visibili dopo la prima seduta ,grazie al laser Alessandrite ad uso esclusivamente medico. A	Antonio deFeudis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato in questa clinica per effettuare l'operazione di correzione della miopia ad entrambi gli occhi, durante tutto il percorso dalle analisi preventive fino al post operatorio sono stato assistito e seguito in maniera impeccabile, con notevole competenza. In verità in tutta la struttura, che oltre ad essere molto bella è estremamente curata, si percepisce una forte professionalità e attenzione al paziente, che a mio parere è qualcosa di fondamentale quando si tratta di salute. Rifarei questa scelta e la consiglio. I have been in this clinic to carry out the correction of myopia in both eyes, during the whole process from the preventive analysis to the post-operative I have been assisted and followed in an impeccable way, with considerable competence. In truth, in the whole structure, which in addition to being very beautiful is extremely well cared for, there is a strong professionalism and attention to the patient, which in my opinion is something fundamental when it comes to health. I would make this choice again and recommend it.

Location molto bella e anche l'accoglienza alla reception è rapida e di qualità. Peccato che durate la prima fase degli esami alla dottoressa sia squillato il telefono 5 volte e il chirurgo che mi ha illustrato le modalità dell'operazione, alle 18:30, non sapesse che avrebbe dovuto svolgere la con me e anche con un altro paziente. Aggiungo poi che durante la visita lo studio è stato invaso da una troupe di pubblicitari ed ho dovuto terminare l'ultimo esame in sala d'aspetto. Alla fine, nonostante i 160€, non mi sono stati rilasciati gli esiti, se non un inutile foglio che poteva rilasciarmi qualsiasi ottico. In sintesi ho trovato il personale preparato e competente ma una scarsa organizzazione e una eccessiva attenzione al marketing più che al paziente. Non credo di tornarci. Too bad that during the first phase of the examinations the doctor rang the phone 5 times and the surgeon who explained the procedure to me, at 6:30 pm, did not know that he would have to carry out the procedure with me and also with another patient. I would also add that during the visit the studio was invaded by an advertising crew and I had to finish the last exam in the waiting room. In the end, despite the € 160, I was not issued the results, if not a useless sheet that any optician could give me. In summary, I found the staff prepared and competent but poor organization and excessive attention to marketing rather than to the patient. I don't think I'll go back.
