★ ★ ★ ★ ★ agghiaccianti. 2 mesi per un materasso matrimoniale standard. e ancora non lo consegnano. si coprono dietro la scusa dei 15gg lavorativi. ma ora sono passati anche quelli e del materasso nemmeno l'ombra. servizio clienti pessimo. state alla larga se potete! manco gli avessi ordinato una cucina in muratura.
chilling. 2 months for a standard double mattress. and still don't deliver it. they cover themselves behind the excuse of the 15 working days. but now even those have passed and even the shadow of the mattress. bad customer service. stay away if you can! I hadn't even ordered him a built-in kitchen.

Do una stella perché zero non è possibile.
Materasso consegnato dopo oltre un mese ( quando da contratto c’era scritto massimo 15 gg lavorativi) il che mi ha costretto a dormire 15 gg sul divano.
Assistenza clienti ridicola. Quando chiami per segnalare il problema ti danno Il numero del magazzino ( come non fosse un loro problema).
Autisti chi ti danno un orario di consegna e poi tardano un ora e mezza, facendomi perdere ore a lavoro.
INCOMMENTABILI, peggio di così può solo prendere a fuoco materasso mentre dormo.
Se fosse l’ultimo negozio di materassi dormirei sulla paglia.

Mattress delivered after more than a month (when a contract was written maximum 15 working days) which forced me to sleep 15 days on the sofa.
Ridiculous customer support. When you call to report the problem they give you the inventory number (as it was not their problem).
Drivers who give you a delivery time and then delay an hour and a half, making me lose hours at work.
Incommentabili, worse than this can only take focus mattress while I sleep.
If it was the last mattress store I would sleep on the straw.

Dichiarati sconti del 70% senza specificare però che venivano applicati solo su pochissimi prodotti. Gli altri non erano scontati o veniva applicato uno sconto del 40%. Consegna e ritiro a pagamento. Poco chiari.
Mattresses in the catalog with much lower prices not present on display and therefore unable to try them. Declared discounts of 70% without specifying however that they were applied only on very few products. The others were not discounted or a 40% discount was applied. Delivery and collection payment. Unclear.

Sono ripassato al negozio ed ho scritto mail, ma non vogliono sentir parlare di garanzia del prodotto. Da due mesi cerco di risolvere il problema, ma non rispondono o sono evasivi.
Pessimo servizio, pessimi prodotti....
After a few months, the stitching on the mattress came unstitched.
I went back to the shop and wrote emails, but they don't want to hear about the product warranty. I've been trying to solve the problem for two months, but they don't answer or are evasive.
Bad service, bad products ....

Punto vendita che non riesce a darti informazioni sullo stato dell'ordine e della consegna è inammissibile dicendo che una volta acquistato il bene loro non sanno più nulla riguardo il tuo ordine. Pessimo trattamento anche riguardo l'assistenza da parte della sede principale. Insomma evitate di acquistare a meno che non abbiate fretta di ricevere con molta tranquillità il vostro prodotto ordinato. Noi intanto stiamo dormendo con il materasso a terra!!!!!!!
