La consegna è avvenuta in anticipo rispetto alla data stabilita ed il prodotto veramente di qualità. Ma la cosa che veramente merita una nota di merito è l'assistenza post vendita. Ho segnalato dopo un anno che le ante si erano disallineate e dopo 10 giorni mi hanno contattata per un appuntamento. Appurato che il problema era derivante da un leggero difetto di una delle ante, hanno fatto l'ordine per poterla sostituire e per evitare differenze di colore, me le hanno sostituite tutte e 4! Veramente professionali. I turned to this shop to buy the kitchen 2 years ago but I wanted to share my absolutely positive experience. The delivery took place in advance of the established date and the product really quality. But the thing that really deserves a note is the after-sales service. I reported after a year that the doors had misaligned and after 10 days they contacted me for an appointment. Having ascertained that the problem was due to a slight defect in one of the doors, they placed the order to be able to replace it and to avoid color differences, they replaced all 4 for me! Really professional.

Quando devi acquistarla tutti super carini, gentili e cordiali, poi appena si presenta un problema scaricano la colpa sempre alla produzione, dopo che uno acquista da loro, paga a loro, nel momento del problema ti dicono non è colpa nostra ma della produzione. Mia mamma per cambiare una cappa rotta dalla consegna ed il mobile del frigo sbagliato, ci è voluti più di 3 mesi, a me dopo che hanno sbagliato il top garantendomi che massimo 21 giorni avevo il top sono passati all’incirca 2 mesi e ancora il top non si vede. Sono deluso. Datemi retta lasciate perdere 1 volta può succedere ma con la seconda mi hanno confermato che sono proprio loro così oltretutto gli ho chiesto in qualche modo di rimediare per questo loro errore ma nemmeno mi hanno risposto. Vi sconsiglio vivamente di acquistare da Hartè. I bought two kitchens in this shop, one for me and one for my mother. When you have to buy it all super nice, kind and friendly, then as soon as a problem arises they always blame the production, after one buys from them, pays them, at the moment of the problem they tell you it is not our fault but the production. My mom to change a broken hood from delivery and the wrong fridge cabinet, it took more than 3 months, after they got the top wrong, guaranteeing me that maximum 21 days I had the top, about 2 months have passed and still the top is not seen. I am disappointed. Listen to me forget it 1 time it can happen but with the second they confirmed to me that it is really them so moreover I asked them in some way to make up for their mistake but they didn't even answer me. I strongly advise against buying from Hartè.

Tutto il resto quindi gli armadi,ante, mensole, cassettiere le hanno lasciate nella camera dove tra l’altro dormono 2 bambini quindi anche estremante pericoloso! Non vi dico il disagio di non avere gli armadi ! Oggi è il 14 di febbraio mi hanno detto che la fabbrica ha il macchinario dei tagli rotto da un mese ???! Mi ricontatteranno il 18 e forse ma dico forse mi monteranno il resto della camera dopo il 24 febbraio ! Vi farò sapere fino a che punto arriveranno ! Naturalmente vi consiglio vivamente di non acquistare da loro . Ho ordinato la camera da letto e l'addetto alle vendite ha saputo capire le mie esigenze e propormi quello che cercavo, con un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Anche sulle esigenze di consegna mi sono venuti incontro, anticipando la consegna del letto. Ho fatto una segnalazione post vendita per un piccolo difetto dell'anta dell'armadio ed è stato effettuato il cambio. Anche gli addetti al montaggio si sono mostrati molto professionali. Consiglio vivamente il negozio di Via di Torrevecchia e ringrazio tutto il personale. I am very satisfied with both the quality of the service offered and the quality of the furniture. Non era un compito semplice perché cercavamo qualcosa di particolare, elegante e funzionale pur avendo a disposizione pochi metri quadri. Siamo stati seguiti dall'arredatore Roberto che ha dimostrato sin da subito grandissima professionalità, capacità di ascoltare ed accontentare ogni nostra richiesta ,abbiamo così ottenuto una camera bellissima, raffinata, su misura per noi e decisamente unica. Le ante in vetro rendono l'armadio arioso facendo apparire la stanza più grande, la cabina armadio angolare consente di tenere il guardaroba ordinato e a portata di mano, la scrivania e i vani superiori mi permettono di avere una perfetta work station per le mie giornate in smart. Perfette le tempistiche di consegna e i ragazzi che si sono occupati del montaggio. A questo punto direi che foto rendono meglio di ogni altra parola la bellezza di questa stanza. The glass doors make the wardrobe airy making the room appear larger, the corner walk-in closet allows you to keep the wardrobe tidy and close at hand, the desk and upper compartments allow me to have a perfect work station for my days in smart . The delivery times and the guys who took care of the assembly were perfect. At this point I would say that photos make the beauty of this room better than any other word. Very satisfied, we will be back soon.

The day that arrived guys to montage furniture I found out many malfunction like: little holes in cabinets, broken fridge panel, floor panels damage, distorted cabinet door, scratched oven, damage dishwasher gasket and scratched cabinet edge. Guys didn't give any service just explained that is not them fault and I should contact Customer Service Harte. As I did I called Customer Service and the lady whose called Sara told me that she is not able help me at all because is not actually broken? Excuse me? She didn't even see it!? How could you answer like that?! That's not my order! I paid for full product without any damage? That's not the way to treat customers! It's not acceptable! Rude service included guys who came to montage furniture. For any my request answer was always the same: this how it should be? Well my project which we made together with Assistant from HARTE and reality are completely different. Let's see how HARTE are going sort it out everything?! Hopefully I will change my opinion about HARTE TORREVECHIA otherwise I will double think before I chose HARTE again. The highest goal of Customer Service should be customer satisfaction so sad that HARTE didn't know about it.
