Il costo è stato alto ma sono rimasta allibita dai pessimi modi con i quali mi si è rivolto il titolare della ditta per il fatto di aver criticato il prezzo richiestomi per due cuscini ricavati dalla lana di un mio materasso e per i quali ho fornito le federe già pronte e pulite solo da chiudere su un lato. The cost was high but I was stunned by the bad ways in which the owner of the company addressed me for criticizing the price requested for two pillows made from the wool of one of my mattresses and for which I provided pillowcases ready and clean only to be closed on one side.

In seguito a mio sollecito sono stato avvetito di cambio spedizioniere il 2 Dicembre da allora diverrsi solleciti fino al 10 dicembre dove mi dicevano che l'articolo ordinato è presso l'hub di Torino. In seguito a sollecito stò riuscendo a risolvere il preblema con il sig. Attilio che con grande cortesia si sta adoperando interfacciando il corriere per farmi arrivare la rete rapidamente nonostante sciopero e periodo natalizio legato ai corrieri. Attendo l'arrivo della rete ma nel frattempo posso complimentarmi con il venditore per tutto l'iter legato alla vendita ed alla preparazione del prodotto. I ordered a retractable power grid (of a substantial value, delivery 8 working days) on November 15th, immediately made a bank transfer received on the 17th. December 10 where they told me that the item ordered is at the Turin hub. Following a reminder I am managing to resolve the issue with Mr. Attilio who is working with great courtesy by interfacing the courier to get me the network quickly despite the strike and the Christmas period linked to the couriers. I await the arrival of the network but in the meantime I can congratulate the seller for the whole process linked to the sale and preparation of the product.

Stavamo impazzendo per trovare una rete compatibile per il letto contenitore di Mondo Convenienza (azienda che assurdamente non prevede pezzi di ricambio). Abbiamo contattato telefonicamente il negozio, gentilissimi! Poi effettuato ordine online, in tempi soddisfacenti è arrivato l'articolo, di ottima qualità e perfettamente compatibile oltre che di facile sostituzione in fase di montaggio. Grandi per l'idea di offrire questo servizio (anche sostenibile... non dovendo cambiare l'intero letto!) con l'aggiunta dei fori su misura. Shop that resells items online.
