La sensazione immediata che ho avuto è stata la grande competenza. Poi mi sono resa conto che era veramente gentile, disponibile, paziente, presente. Tutte qualità oggi non scontate. La faccio breve, dopo telefonate, foto, video mi ha, rispettando una puntualità che mi ha lasciata senza fiato, mandato un suo operaio direttamente a casa mia. (Tra l'altro facendomi spendere una cifra paragonabile ad un 'caffè '. Al mio ringraziamento il Sig. Edoardo parla "semplicemente " di banalità. Probabile. Io con questa "banalità" ci ho combattuto un anno. Ditte che non hanno risposto al telefono, alle mie email, ai miei messaggi WhatsApp, ditte che mi hanno detto che dovevo buttare il letto, ditte che mi hanno rispedito addirittura ad un meccanico. Per precisione , competenza e puntualità merita le 5 stelle. I had to remake a custom-made slatted base, an integral part of an old valuable bed. Perniconi con la sua esperienza e professionalità, ha risolto egregiamente il problema di una rete matrimoniale fuori misura, che doveva essere inserita in un giroletto che presentava varie problematiche, (relative ad esempio allo spessore del tubolare da inserire nella cornice del letto , così come la difficoltà di inserimento delle quattro gambe, che dovevano necessariamente non appoggiare sui quattro angoli...) Il prodotto finito è perfetto e di ottima qualità e robustezza.Contraddistingue quest'azienda la serietà, la puntualità e la professionalità dei suoi dipendenti.
